Centropolis

I liked it being a pet-friendly place. Check-in was fast and easy. It is a staycation in a city yet very peaceful area. Over all experience was real good!

Warning! The check in on this establishment is very bad! Reservation is useless because they will give you a different room than what you paid for. 😠 be careful!! Reservation is useless because they will give it to a walk in guest who arrives earlier than you. 😠 front desk staff is very unprofessional, untrained and there were no managers available to make decisions 😠 traffic was terrible! I will never go to this part of mnl ever again. Very unorganized traffic scheme! Upon arrival, we were informed that the unit we reserved wad already unavailable! This is despite my constant communication with agent that I will be delayed due to the traffic (4 hours from the airport!) and the assurance that we will have our reserved room upon arrival. We were very irate as we had traveled through the traffic, hungry and in need of rest before going to our intended destination, and we arrived at our hotel who have given our paid reservation to someone else!!! We were carted off to another unit at solano condominiums which was very different from what we are expecting. It was a block away, and you have to go through a dark road. Although the room was acceptable, it smells like no one had used it for a long time. It was big but very basic as if furnishing it was an after thought. Interior was cheap and tasteless. We were actually thinking of just going to another hotel but decided against it since we are unfamiliar of the place and that we are not willing to go through that hell traffic. I just accepted this room change because I was so tired already of the traffic and that we have already paid for our accommodation. It felt like I have no choice but to accept it because this was the only available room despite the reservation for a different room I paid. Upon check out, we were informed that there was actually a room available in the centropolis upon our check in. The people who handled my check in are not front desk staff but housekeeping staff that's why they don't know what to do! Since the room was different: 😠 no wifi, mobile data is weak. We were not able to have any work done! 😠 there are no rags or mats! 😠 the shower curtain looks like it hasn't been clean for ages. I can go on how disappointing this stay was but I am just so stressed already. Just compare my pictures below to the pictures of our supposed room I booked! Very disappointing.

It was a great and comfortable stay. Will come back again.

The place is ok clean, big, well. But the cooking part is just ok but it's okay to cook and thanks to Ate and her very much bait and accommodating! We enjoy

It was a staycation treat for myself, just to relax and be alone. the pool is accessible from 8am to 10pm in proper attire but it is red and my eyes are dimming. The room is clean but you have to bring your own toiletries and a pair of slippers because they don't have them. the stove is complete. maggrocerry k lng. no coffe cup. the wifi works but seems to have no load. hehehe .. and smart data signal, weak in the room i went to. anyway, i'm not online when i go there. the tv works with abscbn tv plus. ok lng kasi d nmn aq choosy sa show. at his quiet place. I see the window in the skyway .. but it's ok for me to stay. I cooked myself .. to conclude, a nice place to be alone.
