Room were okay, not clean enough as I expect hotels should be but still okay. Room sizes are big enough to accomodate 4 pax. No complimentary WiFi (you have to pay PHP80 per hour if you wish to connect), incomplete bathroom toiletries and though they have a kitchenette inside the unit you also have to pay extra for the gas stove, cooking wares and utensils. Should you require a parking space at the hotel you need to reserve a slot a week before your check in, and again pay an extra fee of PHP100 per night. They don't serve in house meals but the hotel is surrounded by restos bars and a nearby grocery so food wont be a problem. Location is good.

The room smells like they just finished painting it and smells of a cigarette.
