Room - ground flr. Quite fine. Entertainment - tv sets with cable channels. Very good cr - quite fine. Room service - good. I usually ate in my room so this is very good for me air conditioning unit - good hotel staff - good hotel service - very good. You can request for pick up at the airport and going back to it when you check out for free! Hotel location - very good. Near the beach. Love it! Small glitch - door lock kinda hard to lock your room when you want to explore dipolog. Need to fix though. Also maybe they forgot to bring me soap and usually brought one so you can use for emergency. Overall - 9 out of 10 for budget hotel

The shower didn't work properly. Asked every day for it to be fixed. It wasn't. On the last day the maintenance man came up and instead of fixing it showed how to use the broken tap. Would never go back.

It was great to sum it up apart from wifi signal. We still have to stay outside the room to have better connection and it was hot staying in there. Must have better ventilation as well.

The aircon was loud, I did not sleep cause the sound of the aircon plus bed bugs.
