1. We booked 2 rooms for 8 people. Unfortunately, one of the rooms we had has an airconditioner that is not working. We tried to call the attention of the front desk at 12mn, however there is no one available to address the issue. we endured the summer heat the whole night and was not able to sleep and recharge for our Kalanggaman Trip the next day. 2. They were kind enough to let us leave our stuff while we were in Kalanggaman Island and use their Public Bathrooms for us to freshen up when we got back. Their Front desk staffs are also very friendly. However, as we were waiting for our service to pick us up, we decided to order food from their restaurant. After waiting for about an hour, we asked their staff if our food is ready only to find out that they will not be preparing our food because they have a lot of food to prepare for the checked in guests on that specific time (we only ordered sandwiches since we plan on eating dinner after we leave the resort). We understand that the checked in guests are their priority since we already checked out and just waiting for our service. But we will really appreciate if they just declined our orders and not let us wait for an hour with our tummies hurting because of hunger and tell us that they will not be preparing our orders. Very Disappointing.
