The staff were courteous. The room was clean. It is near Baguio Cathedral and in walking distance to Session Road where there are a lot of restaurants to choose. The beef salpicao from the hotel's restaurant was really good and reasonably priced.

All are good except for the poor WiFi connection inside the room.

They had an all night party at rooftop on Nov 11. Renovation works going on at the penthouse, from evening till night time. Room has no soundproofing so go figure the problem. I booked 2 rooms I detailed the issue in my other feedback. No concern for their guests well being especially at night when people are sleeping. Poor service. Unfortunate for a promising hotel in Baguio.
6.3
Checked-in on the 5th floor right above the penthouse where they had whole night till early morning party. To make things worse, they were doing renovations non-stop int he evening until after 2am when I complained for the 5th time and went down to see the manager. Their rooms have poor soundproofing and they knew about it and yet they did not stop the renovation works. Really did not care about well being of their guests! I was unable to sleep until the whole thing stopped past 2am.

Nice lobby; ceiling fan is not enough to make the room cold. the room is hot; limited parking space
7.3
No comfort room exhaust. Poor WiFi signal in rooms. Awaken by roosters early in the morning.

So far Citylight Hotel is the best hotel that I booked. If I will go to Baguio again, I will choose this hotel all over again.
9.1
Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was great. There are variety of choices. It was not a lot of options but is good enough for breakfast. I asked for reservation for parking beforehand as we are checking in late but reservation was not accommodated (no response from hotel). When we arrived, parking was already full. We parked in the drop-off area. It's a bit inconvenient but better than no parking space at all.

I like the cleanliness of the room and the great customer service!

What a great stay accessible to all. There's only one thing that is missing in the comfort room bidet. it's a must Have!

Terrible place..
The place is expensive and you won't get the value of your money. First of all, the rooms are dirty. No sockets near the bed and sometimes no hot shower. The whole place is not maintained well and I wonder how come it's expensive. Some Inns are even better.

Very accissible to everything
Lobby is big and fast internet. Slow internet in the room. No exhaust fan in the CR. It's very smelly after using it. Was not able to sleep well because the ceiling fan is so noisy. They have a cafe as well good for catch up.

Horrible Room
We arrived in the evening, no luggage assistance provided, no hot shower, bathroom is dirty and tv remote us broken, bed is very hard. Not even an apology from guest service. One said we didnt report and that she will call the previous duty, means that shower was not fixed. Management gave us banana bread for the inconvenience???? With a letter, we asked what is it for, one said just open the letter. Breakfast also not good.

Good location, good food
Citylight is a new and very modern hotel compared to older ones around the town proper. It looks just like an ordinary building along Gen. Luna but they have a huge lobby, hotel resto, bar, and parking spaces inside. We arrived early for check-in but they offered us to leave our belongings while we had lunch outside. The location is good, just beside Baguio Cathedral and just a walk away from Session Road, Burnham Park, and the market where you can buy good veggies and some pasalubong. The rooms inside are pretty narrow, though, and don't expect a good view from this side of the town proper. Breakfast is really good, though, with different choices everyday. You also don't have to worry about waking up late because they refill constantly until the end of the breakfast shift. I'd recommend this place especially for first-timers.
