Cheap hotel means cheap amenities
I booked 2 Deluxe rooms and expecting a little upgraded room type since I usually only book standard or superior ones. In my mind, the reception area will give you an awesome view of the rooms.... what to expect. To my surprise... I was really surprised by how old and rundown the rooms are. Beds are cranky and noisy once you move. Shower area has black gutter and tiles are not clean ( I suggest that the hotel should use a bleach). The rooms are dark (because of the dim lights used). I requested a non-smoking room but the corridor smells like one even the rooms. Not a go to hotel for me. Never.

This Hotel Has Certainly Gone Down In Quality
Our recent stay was our 4th one at this establishment. Suffice it to say that we were indeed disappointed on this visit, whereas our previous stays were overall good. Our biggest complaint is the level of competence of the staff. On other occasions we had been quite pleased with the friendliness and promptness of the reception reps and room service. This time we encountered some issues that were unacceptable. It is common at this hotel for the rooms not to be made up unless the guest specifically requests it. This means that drinking water can get depleted. On one morning I called the front desk to request water. They said they would tell the housekeeping staff to bring some to our room. 10 minutes later none had arrived so I called again. They said to wait. After 10 minutes more I called again. Same reply. Finally after waiting for 30 minutes I personally went to the lobby and spoke to the clerks. They said that they were still waiting for housekeeping to deliver the water. I let them know that they should have seen to it that the request was handled in a timely manner, even if it meant getting the water and bringing it to the room themselves. When we went down to breakfast another day we were handed menus. After reviewing the choices we asked for one, only to be told that they didn't have that item. We then requested another choice and amazingly were told they didn't have that either! Come'on people, it's breakfast, which by the way, is only served from 7:00am. The following day we were going out early and went to the hotel restaurant to ask for a cup of coffee. Many excuses later (coffee not made, resto not yet open, etc) we were told they would bring coffee to our room, for 60 pesos each cup. We said ok and asked for extra sugar and cream. We waited and finally the coffee arrived... cold, in paper cups!, with 3 sugar packets, and a tiny shot of milk. I asked the server for more sugar and some creamer. 10 minutes later she brought sugar, and creamer in a bowl. I ladled out a few scoops but of course it wouldn't melt in the cold coffee. She turned to leave and as she left the room she bumped the desk and powdered creamer spilled all over the floor and into my suitcase. She blurted out an exclamation but didn't miss a beat, just kept going, straight out the door. I ended up cleaning the mess up myself. A few other points to bear in mind; the one sole elevator is very slow, the restrooms are tiny and there is only a shower a sink and a toilet, no where to place toiletries around the sink. I used to like this small hotel, but probably won't ever return.

good price for nice hotel
Spent one night here when transiting through for a flight out of Clark yesterday morning. The Clark Imperial is just one street back from the main road. There's parking right out the front. The foyer of the hotel was very large and the staff were very quick and attentive. I booked an executive room which for just over $AUD40 I thought very well priced. The room itself wasn't large but quite adequate featuring a comfortable queen size bed, aircon, flat screen TV with cable channels. The room also had a small desk and a couple of chairs & a small refrigerator. the bathroom was a reasonable size, modern look sink and a shower with a large glassed surround. The hot water was plentiful and high pressure.

Nice hotel near Fields Ave
We had a pleasant stay here in May, our second time this year. The interior décor is very appealing and clean. We had a quiet room with ample space. Don't forget to ask for your drinking water and towels each day. There is a restaurant near the lobby area which serves acceptable (albeit pricey) food. Our breakfast was free, included with the room. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the front desk and doorman. The location is nice but don't expect any landscaping or exterior amenities. Prices for the rooms are reasonable. Remember, they charge an additional 5% if you pay by credit card.

A Visit To Angeles City From 25th to 28th December, 2015
I would like to write my reviews based on 3-category. #1. Hotel The hotel staffs were awesome......very helpful & accommodating. However, the bed of Room 609 was awful. It was making squeaking noises every time I used it......very annoying. The Hair-dryer was not convenient to use because the power cord wire was too short to the nearest power point. The Shower Enclosure compartment was leaking water out to the Toilet common area after each time I have had my shower. The split unit Air-Conditioner was noisy while in use. #2. Key=Places Visited I have made an inquiry at the hotel front desk on ' Puning Hot Spring' natural wonder but the cost of visiting this place is very vague & uncertain. Therefore, I have decided not to visit this resort.Instead during my stay, I have visited Nayong Filipino, Museo Ning Angeles & Pagor Casino......quite satisfactory though. #3. Upon arrival at the immigration of Clark Airport, Philippines, we were informed by the Custom/Immigration Officers that it was illegal to be in possession of Philippines Pesos currency in excess of more than 10,000 pesos = RM1,000. I was carrying 10,000 pesos while my travelling friend was carrying 18,000 pesos . The Custom Officers wanted to confiscate 8,000 pesos. After my constant pleading to them to allow us to go through, these Officers finally agreed to confiscate 2,000 Pesos & the balance of 6,000 Pesos was returned to my friend. During our departure back home, we were stopped at the main entrance of the Airport Building by a couple of uniformed Officers. They checked our passports. When it was in order.......they kept asking for tips ( don't know for what). After receiving our flight boarding tickets, we had to pass through a security post to pay 600 Pesos for Terminal fee & etc., only then we could proceed to the final immigration check. It was our first vacation experience to Angeles Clark City.
