Overall the property is very nice, clean and staff are great.
Only issue was, I reserved two rooms but the other party didn't come. I tried to cancel one of the rooms but unable to. I understand the Hotel 24 hours cancellation policy, however, I made the reservation within 24 hours of my arrival. I wish there was exceptions to the rules.
