Great place, nice food and accessible location
Conrad Manila gave us a memorable 1st wedding anniversary celebration.
staff are very accommodating and very friendly.
Everything was okay but we were disappointed with the buffet breakfast. We think that it's more focused on the presentation rather than the quality and taste. Service is good though.
Checked in overnight for the Natgeo run. We were lucky from check-in to check out. The lady at the concierge made it fast for us.
Overall a great experience.
Everything was nice except that I can hear the voice of other guests from the adjacent room
One of the best. Love the bathroom. I should be back definitely!
Reserved 2 premier rooms on Nov., 19-20, 2016. Upon arrival, around 2 pm, they told me they could only view one booking so they only provided one room and told me they needed to check on what happened with the another booking. We were given a key card and asked to wait in our room for the 2nd one. No one assisted us where to go or which elevator to use. We saw elevators near the reception counter. (It's the central elevators.) So, we just hopped in and went to the 4th floor. Upon arriving the 4th floor, we needed to walk all the way around to reach our room which is just beside the south elevator. Imagine I have 2 kids with me and a senior and I'm pregnant. No complaint yet. Anyway, we got in the room and checked it out... Few minutes later, the phone rang. I tried to answer but there was no connection. It turned out the phone was not working. After 10 minutes, a guest with me complained that she stepped on a fragment of crystal and it got in her foot since we were walking barefooted inside the room. Luckily it was not my son because I would sue them if it was. Anyway, I tried to ask if there was a clinic in the hotel and they told me there was none. But they would ask someone to do first-aid. After 10-15 minutes, someone came to assist her. I tried to check out the toilet and saw urine stains on the bowl. Since they sent some housekeeping staff, I asked why it was dirty and she just answered it was stained and it could be removed. I was not convinced with her answer since I believed the hotel just opened a few months ago. Then, I saw my feet and my son's feet were all dirty. So, I started complaining already. I asked if there was another room available so I could just transfer since I couldn't stand the dirt in the room they provided. A duty manager came up to our room and tried to talk to me. But she didn't have any offer yet but to check if there still were available rooms. And I tried to tell her I was still waiting for my other room. Maybe, she could get us a connecting room that was clean. I also requested for a wheelchair for my aunt since she could't walk anymore. I told them we were going to eat first and came back. Should the room be ready, they would just give me a call. When we got back to the hotel around 5.30 pm, the rooms were still not ready. So, we needed to wait in our original room first. After 3 hours, finally at 6 pm, we were given 2 deluxe rooms with bay views. I asked them if they were of the same size as what I had booked was of 60 square meters. She said that room was not available and my deluxe room with the view was in the same category as the premier room without view. My point was -- it was their problem that I needed to be transferred, not mine. They should upgrade us to a suite room or the higher category instead. No freebie not other offer were given to me. I needed to ask for an extra bed since my 2 double beds became 1 king size. I got a late check-out since it was already 6 pm when we got settled and free breakfast for two. She couldn't say yes at first. She said she would go to check on it first. She actually wanted to charge me. We went to have dinner and came back around 10 pm and I did passed by her and she told me my request was granted. She asked for our key card to had it extended. When we got to our room, we could't use the card to open our room. My son kept on farting and needed to use the toilet already. A guard on the floor approached us and I told him the situation. He then called on his radio to ask someone to bring a new card for us. He even asked for my ID just to make sure. That was okay. But it took us a long time to wait. After 15 minutes, an engineering personnel passed by. I asked if he had a key to open since he usually had the master key with him. He was kind enough to open the door but the guard told him he couldn't just open it. They needed to have permission before doing so. They tried to inform the people downstairs but they were told not to open it for us. Damed! It was almost 30 minutes of waiting time before the person who had the key came up. I was really mad at that time that I was shouting at the hotel hallway to call people from other rooms to come out and made a complaint. But they didn't care at all. I just kept on complaining and tried to ask a manager or a supervisor to let them know what happened. But no one talked to me until I checked out the next day. By the way, we had breakfast and my dad asked for a sunny side up egg. They served it burned and he tried to flip it and saw black oil under the egg. Another complaint from us. Also, there was a rude housekeeping staff who had no respect when talking to us. When we asked for something that was not given to us, he argued that we had it already since we did check in a day before. But we told him we just got in. He could just told us that he would just check and came back. But why did he need to argue? No manner at all! I definitely won't go back to that hotel anymore! Rude and inattentive people who did not accommodate guests equally with respect.

Good hotel
Every thing is good unless the room sound-proof is bad. I can hear any voice CLEARLY from next door when I stay in room. The others in this hotel all good, all staff are polite and helpful. Gym is good, swimming pool is big.

Pleasant stay
Stayed here for a long weekend in July. We had a “king room”..corner room. Room itself was good..although the layout in our room was a bit non logical ..with some wasted space. Not the greatest view either. Good check in (only small thing I could say that I wish they told us from the start that the wifi was included for free)..good bed, great big bathroom, ok wifi. 5 star hotel so they make up your bed for the night as well and sweet touches like giveaway “teddybear”. Breakfast was great with an excellent selection of foods. Attentive waiters that for example refill your drinks. The hotel has an indoor connection to Mall of Asia..which came in handy during the bad weather during our stay. Wouldn’t mind coming back here the time we are in Manila..you feel safe and comfortable here.

I stayed in this hotel last 9-14-2017 and I was impressed, its new, modern and walking distance to Mall of Asia (just cross the street). Its a little bit pricey though but if you're looking for a comfortable sleep and great location this is it. It also has high end shopping center inside. Rooms in the east side I think has the better view of manila bay. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Very Nice
Was very nice hotel. Everything felt high class from the decor to even the light scent in the hallways. Everyone was polite and helpful. Can only speak English but only ran into very minor communication problems. Room was clean and shower was excellent with its many options. Room well stock with nick nacks but could have used more toilet paper.
