Good location, going to mall, MRT and church

Fast internet, accessible to EDSA, the staff at day is kind of snob but that's fine anyway.

A home away from home
I forgot that it is prohibited to bring in food. In the evening as i enter the premises, Chris introduced me that he is he owner as i booked my stay online and we haven't met yet personally. Pointing on the Mercury Drug plastic bag, Chris immediately understood that i haven't been briefed on their house rules. He told me that i can keep my slice bread as long as i'll place it in their designated plastic container in the kitchen. With hot water for your coffee in the morning. Good wifi.

Fast and responsive staffs
The hostel was excellent! The staffs were very responsive and fast especially when I had a problem in my bed sheets. Enough space to sleep comfortably. :) I can definitely say that they deserve their department of tourism accreditation.

Good hostel, very nice hosts
We stayed in Crossroads hostel for 3 nights in January 2016, after returning by night bus from the Rice Terraces in Batad/Banaue. We arrived back to Manila early in the morning and intended to ask whether our luggage could be deposited before the check-in. But the owner Kris suprisingly arranged that we got the beds earlier and could have a proper rest. Many thanks again, Kris! Also for all the care offered when we did not feel well. Kris and his wife are really excellent hosts and we highly recommend their hostel!

Superb!
I had a job interview in Ortigas Center and was looking desperately for a place to spend the night so I can be on time for tomorrow's job interview avoiding the metro's rush hour traffic. I had Crossroads hostel as last resort. Kris, the owner, was kind enough to let me check-in at 3:30AM (check-in usually in the afternoon) at a time when he should be asleep! He's very approachable and sociable along with his wife who's very nice. He took took time to show me around the hostel. The place is very clean and neat and it got everything one would need (hot showers, stove, drinking water, kitchen utensils, fridge, air-conditioned rooms, towels, TV, a cozy living room, etc.). Money spent was all worth it! It's like a home away from home.

Homey, and great owner.
Kris goes the extra mile when it comes to serving us. We had an odd itinerary of checking in early, going out of the hostel at 1AM (for a trip to Pinatubo) and checking out late which was all done easily and we were always greeted with a friendly smile. The place going to the hostel was sort of dodgy for the less travelled but it is accessible and the place itself is well kept and clean. Kris also recommended us a few sites and places to eat. There's free water and wi-fi and the rooms are cool.
