Overall, it was an awesome experience!
- Family vacation
Overall experience was great. The view was nice, the place and room were also nice. We were not able to explore the while place though, due to bad weather. There are just few things to note: there are small ants in the kitchen and dining table,so we can’t leave the food without the ants feasting with it,and there are no rugs available in the unit, especially in the CR. Food was a little bit pricey as well.

Staff is nice and accommodating. But of course the scenic views make this a 5 out of 5
3rd time in this hotel. Will come back for sure. Again!

We are impressed of the room, it's massive, beautiful and relaxing. You can enjoy your stay here without getting out of the room. The staffs won't let you wait for unreasonable length of time if you request something from them, obviously a good quality of service. We also had a well-served breakfast inside the room, it was delicious and impressive. It's just that the tv's are locked for USB connection if you plan to have a movie marathon, and besides that the internet connection is weak. Hope you can improve that, but overall, we had a great stay here.

It was our nth times to stay here at Crosswind Resort Suites and as always, we had a blast.

Nice ambiance...ideal for relaxation.

Our happy place! We will definitely come back, thumbs up.

Very nice view. Room was a bit old and untidy. Staff are very friendly. Food was ordinary. And I found a small bug strolling on top of the bowl and immediately call the attention of the lady in charge of the breakfast buffet. Overall, cleanliness on room and food are the two only issues I have. Nonetheless this is a very nice place.

Expectations Not Met
Confidently checked in late because we had a reservation. When we got to the room located at basement1, it was not made up yet. This was around 4pm already. We ended up transferring to another room which was on lowest level (basement2) and had a view of the back parking lot. Veranda was back parking lot and it was ground level. The view was the other hotel building, so we kept the curtains closed. I asked to be given a room on the highest floor as possible when i made the reservation because i wanted it to be a very pleasing experience and with the mountains viewed from the veranda/window. If it costed more, i would have appreciated getting a call and to be offered with options. I was very disappointed and just kept it to myself because i didnt want to ruin the day and i was tired from driving. I was at it even before sunrise. Besides, wife was already covering both of us on the pissed off part. The room was recently renovated and was not yet complete. There was a dummy intercom (phone casing only) mounted on the wall and the bidet holder was not properly mounted so it fell. Wall paint was relatively new and didnt smell but the sofa showed age and looked dirty. Had to bear with it though because you can only watch TV comfortably from where it was. No bed TV. Kitchen had a stove, pans and a rice cooker but i didnt see any ladles. Breakfast was buffet but you'd have to transfer to another building. Good thing it wasnt raining hard. Choices were limited but i specially liked the cured pork (tocino). Everything else was typical and didnt had the urge to go and have seconds. Staff was welcoming and compensated for the disappointments. Though i wouldnt really recommended it to friends, especially since other and newer hotels within the main area have better rooms and possibly even better rates. They can definitely work on for some improvements and i sincerely hope they do.

A Breathe of Fresh Air at the Swiss of the South
Spoiler alert! You will love this place if you're into jogging, walking or just a simple stroll. The terrain will surely test your cardio. This is the best place for a family or a group hanging out since you can bring your own food to cook/prepare after a day's trip to Tagaytay's must visit places. If you're into a full service hotel or accomodation, check their amenities first if it will suits you before hitting that "BOOK" button. They have a shuttle service if you're just commuting, for pick up and drop off at the entrance. You can also have it for a quick tour of the estate and going to the outdoor pool. It is much better if pool's water is heated. Anyway, our experience is still great. Staffs are accomodating and warm. What a "pine" day to relax. Highly recommended for a long stay, since one day is not enough.

Nice place
Me and my family visited the place. We traveled with kids so they were a little bit loud, but the room is sound proof so they were able to play games. The place is really nice. The view outside is spectacular. I really wished they had the Christmas lights on already when we visited, but it is way to early to light them. Overall, this is a place that is nice for the family and if you want to have a really quiet time.

Just an average accommodation in tagaytay
ACCOMMODATION OPTION If you want a place to just sleep in the night in Tagaytay and you have few choices then this is the place to go, 1. for the lush greens to enjoy and feast your eyes on, 2. big rooms 3. option to cook and or re-heat food.(microwave/cookery/oven available). ON BOOKING 1.We recently booked for a 3 day 2 nights stay.(Fri-Sun). 2.We arrived at hotel around 830 pm and was directed to our room. We didnt have any trouble or any chance to wait long to be checked in and were advised that we can just settle our fee the following morning.Thats good service for me. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. 3.In their website I booked for a 2 double bed room but was given otherwise. It was a non-negotiable, though it was just 3 of us we wanted to have a comfier stay anyway their queen size bed is not an extra large queen as what i expected so there is no way will fit in. We were given a choice between the room at the 5th floor with extra bed or the ones at the ground floor with2 double bed but without a balcony. I chose the latter. 4. When I asked Claire, the receptionist that I specifically chose the type of bedroom to book, she said "ganun talaga sa website namin" which didn bother me much anymore since theres another option anyway. 5. I got an email confirmation regarding my booking. I sent another email for the correct names but did not get any response from them. I tried calling their mobile number but it just kept on ringing. 6. Again we arrived at 830 pm but no calls or text from them earlier that day to confirm our arrival. 7. Mobile numbers just kept on ringing. ROOMS 1. Big enough to have space to run around. 2. there were only 4 pillows in the room with 2 beds. I dont know if this is standard but never have i noticed this in any hotels we stayed in the past. i was being charged with Php 50/pillow. I told them to give it as a bonus anyway we checked in at 830pm already.it was granted. 3.the smell of molds in the room is very evident. traces of unsanitized room. strong smell of laundry soap on the block out curtains.POOR sanitation. 4. the appliances were not clean at all. 5.complete utensils/cookery. 6. at around past 12mn dorrs well slamming, sound of chairs and bed frames being moved were experienced. I suggest that upon booking an accommodation with them you have to request for another sesh of cleaning and sanitizing the room prior to checking in, especially if you are staying with children. AMENITIES 1. Only swimming pool. You can go jogging and trail walking instead or bring board games as you stay in the room. 2. internet is so slow and most of the time not working. we have to use our own 3. their cable provider is Cignal which most of the time not working properly. FOOD/BREAKFAST 1. they served decent bfast with good selection of foods to choose from. They have breads of 2 kinds, butter, jams. They have Fil dish, fried rice, ulams. They have 3 kinds of fruits, banana, watermelon and pineapple. 3 flavors of cereals. veg salad. coffee, tea, milk, chocolate drink. 2. the dining are for me is not well lighted. 3. staff were nice CHECK OUT 1. at 11am we were advice if we would like to ask for assistance with luggages as the check out time is 12nn. I requested for a late check out since we checked in late but asked that it is not allowed since they are fully booked and dont have enough staff to clean and prep the room for the next guests. Overall I gave it a 3 Star to compensate the view I enjoyed during my stay and other staffs who were nice and accommodating. Will I go back, probably not.
