We always stay at this hotel when my niece wants to go swimming. We like staying in a family villa and the staff are attentive.

Very enjoyable experience here. Unexpected yung place. The standard villa room I thought was just a small but we had a very nice and clean place to finish the thing my kitchen and you could cook it. The pool was big and lucky because we were not crowded solo pool. That's pretty much okay, it's a restaurant because there is a free breakfast in the morning and then we go by 8am or then we're so overwhelmed. Even customers have complained about it. The kitchen slack is so small that we are the customer and then we have been wrong since we were once served by 1 plate na bag bag 5 we were 4 we were still very cheap at kitchen. Then we were disappointed. It was obvious that the food was too old. Adobo sa umaga? It's okay if the egg is cold and it's cold when it comes to it. It's too no choice but a sumonof customer who also complains about the kitchen. She's a cashier and a server all in one and she's in the kitchen. Hope you change that because you have a bad image. But we were happy to stay.

The hotel has a total of 40 rooms and 30 Mediterranean style villas. All rooms come fully equipped with an air conditioning unit, a television with cable channels, a safety deposit box, an electric kettle, a work desk, and a telephone. En suite bathrooms come with a hot and cold shower and complimentary toiletries. Unlike most hotels, Standard Rooms at the Crown Regency Residences are large enough to fit up to four adults and one child, while the Family Villa can fit up to six adults and two children. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.

During their stay, guests can swim laps in the hotel’s outdoor swimming pool, hang out at the rooftop garden, or enjoy a soothing massage at the spa.

There are three dining options available at the hotel. The Lobby Lounge offers a selection of local and international fare served buffet-style, while the Fabulous Fifties Lounge is a ‘50’s inspired restaurant that serves classic American favorites. For those with late-night cravings, they can head over to the Sarimanok Coffee Shop & Restaurant for some local comfort food.

Crown Regency Residences is a 10-minute drive from the Davao International Airport. SM Lanang is a six-minute drive away, while the Abreeza Mall is about eight minutes away.

Hotel Policy
In line with the recent advisory by the Philippine Government, we have received the necessary Certificate of Authority to Operate (CAO) from the relevant authorities for Crown Regency Hotel - Davao to accept room reservations for Essential Travelers:
- Guests with existing reservations under any Accommodation Establishment within Luzon as of March 17, 2020, and outside Luzon as of May 1, 2020
- Foreign Guests who are transiting through, or are otherwise temporarily staying in, the Philippines for a short period and will leave the country
- Long-staying Guests
- Distressed Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs)
- Repatriated OFWs in compliance with approved quarantine protocols
- Non-OFWs who may be required to undergo mandatory facility-based quarantine
- Locally Stranded Individuals (LSIs)
- Employees of agencies and instrumentalities of the Government including Government Owned & Controlled Corporations (GOCCs) and Local Government Units (LGUs), especially health & emergency frontline, border control, and other critical service workers
- Healthcare workers and other employees from establishments that are allowed to operate during the ECQ/MECQ/GCQ pursuant to the IATF Omnibus Guidelines; provided that their place of work is located within the same Community Quarantine Zone

As proof that you qualify as an Essential Traveler, the hotel may request the following documents depending on the qualifications presented above:
- Roundtrip Travel Ticket
- Quarantine Certificate stating completion of 14-day quarantine & negative PCR-test result
- Company ID / Proof of Profession
- Certificate of Employment/Profession stating the Purpose of Travel
- Travel Authority from the Joint Task Force (JTF) CoViD Shield (except APORS: government, medical, and authorized business workers)
- Medical Certificate from the Municipal/City Health Officer of LGU where LSI was stranded
- Letter of Confirmation from LGU of Destination

Be advised that the hotel may decline your booking when no government-mandated proof can be presented upon check-in.

As we intensify our efforts to keep everyone safe, all our hotel properties go through regular disinfection procedures to control or kill infectious agents and minimize the risk of spreading diseases and viruses.

As part of our safety protocols, we are also asking for your utmost understanding and cooperation on the precautionary measures that we are currently implementing in our hotel:
• A temperature check will be done at the hotel entrance.
• All security guards and frontline staff are required to wear facemasks.
• All common areas with heavy customer contact are disinfected regularly.
• Sanitary alcohol and hand sanitizer dispensers are installed in all entrances, reception areas, and front offices.
• Comfort rooms are sanitized every 30 minutes.
• In-house guests are visited in their rooms twice (2) daily for temperature checking.
• Guests and employees who are experiencing flu-like symptoms, headache and/or sore throat may seek medical attention from the assigned company nurse. We will follow the Department of Health (DOH) protocol.
• Hotel guests and employees in public areas shall strictly observe social distancing.
• Per Executive Order issued by the LGU, curfew in some cities shall start from 8PM to 5AM.
• For sanitary purposes, meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) will be served through room service, and we’ll be using disposable items when serving. Room service is until 8PM only. Please take note of the schedule of the serving of meals:
BREAKFAST - Serving Time 07:00 AM Dish-out Time 08:00 AM
LUNCH - Serving Time 12:00 NN Dish-out Time 01:00 PM
DINNER - Serving Time 06:00 PM Dish-out Time 07:00 PM
• All guests should put their soiled linens outside their rooms to be picked up by our Housekeepers. New linens will then be replaced and will also be left outside the rooms.
• Change of linen is only upon guest request and any other requests will only be until 8 PM.
• All our Housekeepers will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance to the directives of the government.

Besides these, we are also compliant with all directives coming from the Department of Health (DOH), Department of Tourism (DOT), and other concerned government agencies.
