Nice for a quick stay for Kawasan
We only stayed one night to visit Kawasan the next morning. They were super nice and let us check out but store our luggage and use the shower when we got back. The view from the deck is everything! The room is pretty tiny and the AC didn't work too well, but it was okay for only a night. The resort is on the beach, but does not have access to the beach from what I saw. It's very rocky and does not look like a swimming area.

Amazing Sunset
Been here about a month ago for company team building. The room given to us is clean and have good air conditioning unit. Staff were also accommodating to each of our requests. However, the supply of water is terrible! We understand that water scarcity is a problem in the area. But it is not a valid reason. The management should've do something to have enough supply of water knowing that they are expecting a large group. Good thing tho is that the hotel has an amazing sunset view.

Not what we expected
After reading amazing reviews online we booked two night to stay here so that we would be close to Kawasan falls to go canyoneering. We heard about the warm hospitality and amazing rooms and we were quite disappointed. We arrived and were shown to our rooms by a girl and as we walked through the lounge/common room every seat and couch was taken up by a Philippino family member sleeping. We arrived in our room which had a beautiful view of the ocean and an extremely loud rooster right under our window which crowed noisily every 15 seconds all day long from around 5am until dusk. The room smelt like mould and there were scratching noises in the ceiling constantly. The bathrooms are shared for the rooms without a private one and it is one toilet and one cold shower in a tiny cubicle they don't even provide toilet paper. For 8+ people to share this is was far from ideal. We wished we hadn't stayed two nights. We asked what options they had from breakfast and they pulled out of a freezer hot dogs and corned beef, both of which we couldn't eat. We booked our tour to Kawasan falls through then which was $1500php per person. They said it included lunch and started at 7am. We asked what time we needed to come outside and they said 6.30am. Then at 6.15 they were telling us our tour guide was outside waiting for us very impatiently. We then had to wait for a big Filipino family to arrive and didn't leave til after 6.45. Our tour guide was sleazy and kept staring at us and smiling and licking his lips. They rushed us through the whole experience and told us we could only swim for 15 minutes at the end. Then rushed us back to the tuk tuk where we had to wait for 25 minutes for the Filipino family to get back before we left so there was no need to rush? They never provided lunch and it was much quicker than the 6 hours they told us. The only time the staff at the travelers inn were nice to us was when we left and they smiled a bit then.

That view
I read the reviews and wasn't sure what to expect but then thought the people leaving boad reviews were just not happy people... And I was right! Because the staff were gorgeous and super helpful, the place was totally sweet, the view was lovely. And those sunsets!!! The only bad thing was the thin walls and obnoxious people speaking super loudly up the hallway at 11pm even though there are signs everywhere saying be quiet, thin walls... The AC are super loud also but hey, nothing is perfect! I enjoyed it and wanted to stay longer. I loved the old lady who I am pretty sure owns the place, she helped us get a habal-habal to get to Osmenua at 4am hehe. Loved it. I'm taking my mum back here. Oh and the Organise cafe up the road is good too!!! Over the water and great sunset.

Cheap hotel
Stayed here with my girlfriend for one night. The place was easy to find. Although no food and drinks or restaurants nearby, we had a great quite night though. Only that the room was too basic and it seems old, I suggest you guys upgrade some of your room amenities. Overall, it was a good stay.
