Their hospitality is good.
They have friendly staff. Quick check in and check out
The hotel is clean but in front and around the hotel is not clean
The Hotel and facilities was good also the employees but the only problem is that there is very poor cellular signal inside the room which is very important. So we need to go outside our room or in the lobby to send messages.

Nice hotel in a lousy area....
As far as the hotel goes, it is very nice. We arrived quite late (2:30 am) and check in went very well. About 15 minutes later we were in our room. At this point we just just got washed and jumped into bed. Breakfast is a bit sparse, but there was enough choice to fill out tummies. We noticed in the morning that the small refrigerator was dead and after letting the front desk know, within 15 minutes, they were at our door with a replacement. I must also mention that there is a complementary mini bar. A couple of soft drinks, coffee, tea and some corn bits, all on the house, nice touch ! The bed was comfy, the room was quiet, hot water good and the AC kept us cool, so for the price it is very nice. My problem is the area, it is not tempting to got out. My two times on a trike, the drivers overcharged us, the first simply changed his price after agreeing to 60, starting screaming it was 100. Now 40 pesos is about 1$ cad, so I gave it, but I really hate being abused like that. The second one used the old trick, saying that the price agreed was PER person, again we are talking a dollar or two, it is not the amount it is being taken for a fool. Even the taxi to the airport was a problem, he did not want to put his meter on and wanted me to suggest a price, I asked him to let me off and he finally relented. No wonder, there was no traffic at all and it cost 124 pesos to Terminal 3.... He was really not nice about it and hit the steering wheel when he finally turned on the meter, no tip for him .... I usually like to roam around the streets in Manila, but my fiancée made me promise to keep to my room (my plane was early AM, so she left the afternoon before.) So as my title says: Nice hotel but lousy area.....

Have to pay extra for window in your room
We booked a queen room for 2 nights, only to find on arrival that it had no windows. We could upgrade for 500PHP per night to a window room but this faced onto the busy street. So your choice is a quiet, dark cell or a noisy street room with a window. We chose the latter, paid the extra pesos and wore ear plugs. Price included breakfast which was ok the 1st morning but inedible the 2nd morning. Bed, internet and shower were ok. Location is dodgy. You are better off staying elsewhere that is better value.

Just A Place To Shower & Sleep...
Location is in the middle of no where so if you want to go to the mall, you have to take a taxi and about 15mins away. Room is just normal, a place to shower and sleep. Do not expect too much! I don't find the staffs friendly and attentive to guests.

Basic and Clean
I am sure you will not be photographing this place and putting it on Facebook. Having said is clean, well run with welcoming and attentive staff. The rooms are a bit 'cell' like that have a good hot shower, a slightly noisy AC so bring some earplugs and a TV which may or not work depending on if you remote control come from another room. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Remedios Circle where you will find some good restaurants, about a 15 min walk to the Hobbit House and about a 30 min walk to Intramuros and Rival park. It cost me 500 p from the airport in a white cab from the airport which included the skyway the new toll overpass ( a couple of months old in Dec 2016). The hotel has a rooftop terrace which may be great at other times of the year but in december it was quiet and covered up. The view is of neighbouring rooftops with a bit of sea in the distance. This is where you will have the included breakfast, which I must say was difficult to eat. I think the hotel caters for for the Asian and more likely Korean clientele as breakfast always included kimchi. What was servered was oily. What was nice was the complimentary slice of water melon I was given. The choice is usually toast, rice, noodles, kimchi, small sausage/hotdogs, eggs, boiled vegetables. If you're just looking for a place as a stopover this is place is fine.

Nice conference hotel
We used this hotel for a company conference. We used the conference room on the first floor which was very suitable for our group of 30. During lunch we visited the dinning room on the 6th floor next to the roof garden. In the evening we used the same area for our buffet dinner. We closed the day with Kareoke in the top room. For our group it was the perfect location with excellent service.
