We booked this hotel for a staycation trip, but the bath tub which we were planning to use has black stain, tv has no cable. Use of usb still not possible. How can you possibly do staycation. Food choices are minimal. Simple things that would matter if the management is not cheap. I still believe on constructive criticism. So I'm pleased and hopeful for your quality wise decisions. Thanks.

Perfect for overnights. Location - If you’re alighting from a bus, it may be challenging since there are no landmarks. So you really need to be on the lookout for the small signage board. Though, in terms of accessibility it’s a good spot. Accommodation - the room was pretty neat, though they had no cable connection nor phone. Food - don’t expect a breakfast buffet. They have a few option for you to select. It’s made to order but for free. The coffee is a must try! Overall experience was great. The price is somehow right though I think it’s kinda pricey.
Amazing place and food! Will be back soon!

Great rooms. Value for money. All the staff were very accommodating. The free breakfast was very generous in serving and very delicious. Will highly recommend to friends and family.

The boutique hotel was easy to locate so that's a plus. Room was standard and sheets were clean. So it's okay. However, there was no hot water in the bathroom. Such a downer. If there was one thing to look forward to, okay make it two: the unli barako and big breakfast.

First off, the hotel is difficult to find. No obvious sign to make it visible to those who come by private or public transportation. Second off, when we got there, we were not greeted the way the guest should be accommodated. The front desk lady asked for our printed voucher of the reservation which we don't have because I already took a screenshot and email of my booking confirmation so I expect they'll just ask for the booking ID but what happened was as bad as I least expected from this hotel. The lady asked me to go to a printing shop and print my voucher before they can let us in. And I was like, where the I'm going to look for a shop to print the voucher where in fact I already have proof of booking online to avoid hassle. I maintained my composure as I try to calm down talking to the lady and later on they had us in without the printed voucher but demanded that we need to give them the printed one not later than the evening. We don't have any choice but to agree. Luckily though, we were able to print the voucher and receipt in Olivarez later that evening just to prove them we're already paid. This alone had me thought that this isn't the hotel I wanted to comeback to. And this isn't the hotel I am willing to recommend. Third, the room isn't spacious contrary to what it shows on the pictures. Though toiletries are complete. I loved the bed and the linen. The t&b is fine too. No leakage as what it says on the previous reviews I've read. Fourth, they never guide us the way to the indoor pool, we had to find it our way. Staff never introduced us to their barako coffee, instead, they gave us 3 in1 coffee as complimentary which disappoint me. WiFi isn't available on our room but at the lobby. No telephone available so you'll have to go to the front desk each time you need something. Also, food menu is not as much as we expect for a hotel like it.
