Valet Service: Valet service staff was very thorough in checking my car before they received it. You pay a flat rate of Php 100.00 for every exit during your stay which isn’t very bad at all. It’s free when you self-park your car at the basement of the hotel. Check-In: Very fast and easy check-in process. All special requests granted. They still have provisions for a smoking room which you have to pay Php 500 for - an amount that’s really cheap compared to other hotels. Room Service: Availed of the afternoon room service and their commitment to serve within 30-45 minutes was met. Beef Lasagna is okay though it’s one of their chef specials. Hefty serving though. Their french macarons are delicious! A must-try! 5 pieces for Php 375++ for 5 flavors. They have 7. Requested for their late night menu but took around an hour or so to be served. Chicken Cordon Bleu with 2 free sides (sautéed mushrooms and mashed potato). Mashed potato is a must-try. Php 400++ for the dish. Spaghetti Bolognese was served with overly toasted bread. It was okay at Php 595++. Soda is quite overpriced from room service at Php 200++. Better get one from the mini bar if you want some for Php 140++. Outside food may be taken in if you wish. Breakfast: In general, Corniche is one of those hotel restaurants that has great ambiance for a really great dining experience. The food choices are at a bare minimum - just right for a filling morning meal. Taste wise, I am not very much impressed anymore unlike my previous breakfast buffet experiences with them. I like Corniche better for lunch or dinner. Room: The room that they gave me has a great and full overlooking view of Roxas Boulevard and Manila Bay. A great area to catch the beautiful and famous Manila sunset. ❤️❤️❤️ Though it’s a smoking room, the exhaust system is good though it could be improved. I’ve stayed at hotels with smoking provision and the exhaust system is much better compared to the hotel’s. They ionize and disinfect the corridors so it’s a good thing. Linen and pillows are comfortable to sleep on. Bathroom amenities are good. No separate shower area in the bathroom. Overhead shower above the tub is what they have. Towels are of high quality. A/C was okay. Turned it off for a while as it became really cold. But when the unit was turned on, the room didn’t achieve the same level of coldness until check-out time. Internet Service: WiFi is free for up to 3 devices and up to 5mbps speed for the duration of your stay. Easy to log in, too. Checkout: I just breezed through the checkout counter. Very efficient service from front liners. Clinic: Very accommodating nurse and gave me what I needed to address my tummy concerns. Fast service as well. Overall: This was one of my most favorite weekend getaways to date. A room with a great view and really wonderful service from the staff.

They never told me na ung deposit will be released ng 10 to 14 banking days! And I used my credit card na almost mauubos na ung credit. Now I am negative since I used it not knowing na di niLa nirelease agad after namin mag check out. If na inform ako I could have used a diff card or cash.

Family vacation
I requested for 2 single beds but it was not acknowledged. Instead they send me an extra bed which made my entire room not spacious but too narrowed because of the bed and the reason I can’t use the sofa with my guest visiting me in my stay.

The room aren't same like on the website's picture, and they dont have smoking room available on the higher class of room, so they offer me to downgrade.

Shopping mall Robinson’s Place is just a seven-minute walk away as well.

With 500 guest rooms, guests can pick between deluxe king and queen rooms, deluxe regency, and its executive suite. Aside from air conditioning and a WiFi connection, rooms also come with cable TV and a bathroom with a separate shower and tub.

Dining options also abound at the Diamond, with five establishments to choose from. Guests can eat at the Poolside Bar, Bar 27, the Lobby Lounge, Yurakuen, or Corniche. Both Yurakuen and Corniche are part of Philippine Tatler’s list of 172 best restaurants, with Corniche offering an exceptional buffet spread. Conference rooms are also available for business travelers, while the Diamond Ballroom can host a range of event, from conventions to debuts.

Hotel Policy

Single Occupancy
As part of the new operational guidelines for hotels, guests can only be accommodated in a single-occupancy room (only one person per room) with their own toilet and bathroom. This is a safety precaution to avoid the spread of the pandemic

Breakfast
At the moment, hotels in the Philippines are restricted from serving buffet meals as part of health and safety protocols against COVID-19. Hence, guests will be served a set breakfast for the meantime. Should there be any change in the regulations, we can modify arrangements to a buffet-style breakfast as required in the future.

Breakfast inclusion on rooms is only applicable to adults and children 6 years old and below. Breakfast for children aged 7 to 12 years old has an applicable 50% discount and will be payable directly to the hotel.

Your health and safety remain the first and foremost priority of Diamond Hotel Philippines. The hotel meticulously applies hygiene and sanitation protocols, as prescribed by the Department of Health (DOH) Department of Tourism (DOT) and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), to preserve and protect your guest experience. Standard procedures and regulations have been reinforced to focus on providing secure and comfortable accommodations, with guestrooms and facilities that are clean and hygienic. In the light of the "new normal", adjustments on services are being made to focus on your safety and security from arrival to departure.

What to expect before you arrive:

Hotel Transportation and Valet Parking
• Valet parking is not allowed. Valet parking and opening of car park may be allowed only when approved by regulatory authority.
• The driver will wear appropriate PPE and will follow strict personal hygiene practices
• Guest must be required to wear mask before entering the vehicle
• Sanitation kit will be available inside the vehicle
• Plastic bag will be available for proper disposal of trash
• Establish social distancing and passenger limit guidelines:
• Car/Sedan: No passenger beside the driver. Two (2) passengers at the back row, one seat apart. No more than three (3) passengers including the driver.
• Vans: Only two (2) passengers per row are allowed.
• A waterproof transparent barrier between the driver and the passengers will be installed, in case necessary.
• Vehicles are ensured to be sanitized and disinfected after every use

Arrival Experience
• Guest to wear face mask prior to entry
• Sanitizing foot mat and wash areas are placed in all entrance and exit areas of the hotel
• Temperature thermal scanning and screening of all guests for fever or flu-like symptoms and coughing will be conducted.
• Sanitation of luggage will be practised
• Hand sanitizer dispensers available at the lobby and public areas
• Signage regarding the hotel policies in line with the pandemic will be available in the hotel lobby
• Guest must complete the DTI Health Screening Form and present upon check-in
• Observe social distancing

Enhanced Check-in and Check-out
• Remind guests on social distancing and to follow floor markers available
• Hand sanitizer dispensers available at the lobby and public areas
• All staffs wearing face shields, face masks and gloves
• No showing of guest room shall be done upon check-in
• Online registration card will be practised as we adopt a contactless system
• Check-in and checkout process will be swift as pre-payments are made upon booking
• Social distancing of 6 ft. will be strictly implemented
• Key cards and pens are ensured to be sanitized and disinfected upon issuance to the guest
• Social distancing must be observed inside elevators. Only four (4) persons are allowed at a certain time.

Dining outlets
• Mabuhay greeting gesture
• Our dining outlets service will offer a la carte and set menu selections
• A social distancing of at least 1 meter apart will be practised in dining outlets
• Dining tables are arranged such that the distance from the back of the chair to the back of another chair shall be more than one (1) meter apart. Guests must face each other from a distance of at least one (1) meter. (4 persons per 10 square meter).
• There will be no pre-setting of tables. Table set-up will be provided only when guests are seated.
• Hand sanitizers will be placed in all dining outlets
• All kitchen and dining areas are regularly cleaned and disinfected, focusing on high touch surfaces
• Service staff to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Condiments in single-use and sealed packaging

In-room Dining
• All food orders are delivered to the guestrooms as pre-packaged set meals in disposable containers
• Delivery of the food in the guestroom will be contactless. Guest must set up a chair outside the guest room near the door. The pre-packaged set meals will be placed on the staging area (i.e. chair) provided.
• No direct contact with guest is allowed. Service staff are not allowed to enter the room.
• No signing of guest check or settling of payment in the room. All payments must be settled at the Front Desk upon check out.

Food take-out/Pick-up

• Online payment transactions only
• Proper food preparation protocols are practised
• All kitchen and dining areas are regularly cleaned and disinfected, focusing on high touch surfaces

• Disposable food packaging, napkins and cutlery in a takeaway paper bag
• Social distancing of service staff and guests at the food pick-up/waiting area
• Queue lines shall be clearly demarcated and signage shall be in place
