- Romantic Vacation
its been a great stay, because he simply close the front beach little walk andun that, very accomodating those FO.
- Backpacking
Its location is in a small alley, but near the beach, locals do not know the existence of this hotel.
Room was okay. No doormat, your room would be so wet after using the bathroom, linens were too old and a bit rough so as the pillow cases. But, if you were just to stay there to sleep, it's convenient.
very good and nice surroundings
- Backpacking
Great area for Backpackers and DIY Travels.
Bad smell of the room and difficult to sleep due to the bad smell
- Family vacation
Smelly.. Many Ants. No side table for foods.
- Backpacking
There’s a lot of centipede in restroom. They are not using the generator when there’s no electricity in the place. And the staff are not approachable

Affordable Accommodation
Location - Not easy to locate however, if you are well versed with using Google maps, it shouldn't be a problem, it's in the area behind the church. 5-7 min. walk from the famous Station 1 grotto and Jonah's fruit shake. There's a nearby convenience store and several sari sari stores around. Check in - was a breeze. The reception was nice and accommodating. Room - Was basic. 1 small window beside the door. There's a sink outside the room and a mirror good enough to see your face. TV was ok. They have cable although I barely used it since i was out all day. Amenities - Bathroom was clean, bed was ok. Room was spacious. Recommendation - I stayed here last February 2017. It wasn't too hot so the fan room was adequate. I was mostly out all day walking around and doing activities. This is ok if you just need a place to keep your things while you roam and explore the island. Not recommended for staycation though. Will I stay here again? Sure! for the price of the room, it's all good for me. I value my privacy so I love that I can get a solo room for the price of a bed in a dorm. Ohhh and yeah they have free wifi (but only in the lobby area) and they have a generator(which is important because sometimes, the power goes out in the island).

As a traveller who after for a budget rooms sometimes you need to settle and adjust on what's available rather than the properties adjusting your needs but sometimes there are points which needs to put into consideration since after all, everything needs balance. I appreciate that the property has a friendly 24-hours staff however, the name of the property within its location is confusing since the biggest signage showing is ECO hotel and not dormitels, and since I book for dormitels I happened to go back and forth out of confusion which took me 10 minutes before I approach the front desk sitting on the eco hotel counter. I stayed at their AC room for 3 nights but too bad, i understand it's a budget hotel but the space is too small, the beddings full of ants and there are stains where at first I thought its mud. It took another 30 minutes for me to wonder why like these?.. sitting on the edge of the bed, no mirror no pail and dipper inside the toilet. On the 3rd day I was scheduled to transfer to a non AC room and a night before we have it all arranged by the FD telling me I can transfer by anytime before 12:00 noon. I packed everything as early as 10 am considering we have activities waiting but they forgot the deal where in fact I need to go to the FD twice. I was transferred to the non AC room and it's better, it's bigger and clean. I regret booking their AC room upstairs. I should have booked the non AC.

good for budget travel
the room we stayed was okay for couples. stayed in a native fan room. the walls are thin but luckily our neighbors were behaving well :) the tv's working well with cable channels. only problem is that they do not provide floor mats so expect your floors to be wet right after using the comfort room. nice thing was the small store in front of the rooms wherein you can order coffee and other things and eat it in the available table there. quite relaxing after a night of partying in the beach. I recommend this to couples and friends who are visiting the island for the beach and nightlife, not the comforts of expensive hotel suites. spent 702 pesos for an overnight stay? not bad :)

Affordable room near Station 1 beach
For the price, Dormitels is a good, budget place to stay. Though not in front of the beach, it is just a block away, or 5 minutes walk to Station 1 beach. I stayed in a single fan room with private bath, along with cable TV. It has the basic necessities you need to rest your head, since the rest of your time, you’re spending it at Boracay’s beaches, island hopping, or enjoying the night life anyway. Wifi only works in the reception area, but if you’re at the beach anyway, then this is not something you need to worry about. For the price, I wouldn’t expect too much from this place. It's a place to rest your head when you’re not at the beach.

Best for backpackers
The room was okay for the price. It was actually better than what I expected. It is best for people who would stay in Boracay for a short time. I just thought maybe they could add some chairs inside the room or a lounge.
