Staff were hospitable. They even allowed us to check-in before 12. Overall a good 3 star hotel for business as there are no amenities on the hotel. Breakfast was average as there are not much choices on the buffet spread.
Great over all. Rush press service is too expensive though. I paid almost 300 pesos for a dress shirt and a pants.

2nd visit after 10years - beyond expectations!
After 10years, I expected peeling paint and moldy-smelling rooms. Instead, a bright and efficient welcome and check in at the lobby ( thought it was bigger the last time I was here but it seems my memory served me wrong). And the rooms! Everything looked and smelled new from the new paint, newly-varnished wood furnishings, new bathroom fixtures. It was only the personal ref that didnt have that shiny new look. I commend the management because most hotels dont have good maintenance/upgrade program or if they do, there is not much improvement. Fyi, standard and deluxe rooms come with tiled floors, get a suite for carpet flooring. Average buffet breakfast Fast WIFI both at the lobby and rooms Acoustic guitar at the Lounge every Thurs-Fri nights. I was not able to try their food. Offers free shuttle service to the airport at 2 1/2hrs intervals There’s a 7-Eleven at the corner. Also, a 24/7 shiatsu massage place very near for the weary travellers. Reasonably priced but you’ll pay twice if its at the hotel. Right in front of the G Mall of Gensan ( a much better n well-lighted version of the usual Gaisano Malls). I really have nothing bad to say except dont expect this to be a budget-priced hotel. You will get your money’s worth through the efficient staff ( the janitor was polishing the floors at 11pm), most guests are subdued and the new feel of the rooms.

Royal Princess be like
I like how this hotel appears in front, how the staffs wore hotel uniforms (looks like from a palace something), i like their foods, taste better. But when I came in at the room where i checked in, it looks like designs were too old and creepy. The TV are not that latest and also same with the lights. The elevators are not nice.

Hotel is creepy!
My 2nd time to stay in this hotel and the power is tripping (on and off) twice in between 12 and 3am. Asked the staff about it, they said its the generator set. Very inconvenient because you have to push the button ON (for the aircon) located near the bathroom? Bring flashlight with you when you plan to stay here. Gaisano mall in front of the hotel is currently under renovation.

Great stay
The hotel was said to be old but its service and amenities is great. I guess they should improve on the proper room lighting. Also, there are nights that the pathIts location is just nearby the different malls - SM, Gaisano, KZZ, and Veranza. The Wi-fi connection was quite unstable during my stay. The breakfast is in buffet style.

Stayed for a night
Checked in around midnight and process was fast and easy. Lobby area is small with only a few chairs and not really for hanging out. Elevators to the rooms are a bit slow . I stayed in the 5th floor and the room is decent. At first I thought that the aircon was not working so I called the front desk. Turns out that there is a circuit breaker in the closet area that needs to be switched on.
