Dirty room. No hot shower. Standard room only has one buffet breakfast. We opted to give the free breakfast to a complete stranger because if we're paying for another buffet its almost 300 pesos for a mediocre food. Might as well grab a breakky at a nearby fastfood.

The staffs were friendly and helpful.

No Internet
There wasn’t any WiFi in rooms. I tried 3 different rooms. Only Area was downstairs on the main lobby. Food was greasy slow service and short on refilling. I would not eat there. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was adequate. Housekeeper was not full time staff member. Room was clean. Not the worst place I’ve stayed but certainly not a place I’d recommend to friends.

Overall the hotel is quite good. It was actually my first time to book in this hotel and thus kept my expectations low. However, upon check-in, it was better than what I thought it would be. The room was good, it has all the basics one would need. The room I got have a refrigerator, a small flat screen tv, a set of table and chairs, a closet and a vault to store my valuables. The hotel staff was also accomodating. In fact, I was granted request for a late check-out at 2pm free of charge.

Room smells damp, doors not safe
This is the time when Typhoon Paolo hits Visayas and expected heavy rains. But never did we imagine that our room at 2nd floor (hotel has 5floors with roofdeck) was filled with water. There were towels on the floor holding water to leak. Paints on the wall seemed to have peeled off due to constant water dripping. On the other side, the ROOM has very small bed just enough for an average person's body to turn sides (if not she might fall off the bed). Doors are forcibly opened, as seen on the picture. (but we havent experienced it on our stay). BATHROOM has big mirror. TV is small but its not important to me. BREAKFAST BUFFET was good. They offer cereals which is what my child is looking forward to. They have soup coffee and juice. Food was nice. Waiters are good looking and courteous.

Value for Money but Rooms and Facilities Need Improvements
Staying here for an overnight stay for official business. The company booked it for me so I had no choice. I already read the reviews prior to manage my expectations. But I really had to experience it for myself to be able to actually react or confirm other people's comments about the hotel. First, the room I stayed in is spacious but the interior is a bit old. Some light fixtures need replacement. The bathroom and toilet are also spacious but not well maintained. There is free wifi but there's no reliable connection. I had to go down to the lobby to work because of the more stable internet connection. There are other hotels with the same price range but I know would be more worth staying. I should have just told my company that I will shell out extra money to be able to stay more comfortably.
