Fully satisfied with the service, staff hospitality, and cleanliness. The food at breakfast was tasty and varied, the swimming pools are large and really fun. Totally worth every penny!

Probably the best 5-star hotel in Pasig. The room is huge, luxurious and super cozy, the staffs are very curteous and attentive to the guest's needs, and the facilities are really complete. Absolutely worth another visit!

Very friendly and helpful staffs, very strategic location, super comfy and clean room. Everything is beyond our expectation and I don't hesitate at all to book this hotel again some time in the future.

Perfect location near to everywhere, super friendly and accommodating staffs, awesome swimming pool especially for kids. My daughter loves it so much and didn't want to come back home. We will book this hotel again next time.

Fantastic hotel
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on business and thought it was fantastic. Check in at the front desk was seamless with Joyce ensuring that I had everything I needed and also allowing me a late check out on day of departure due to a late evening flight. The outdoor pool area is simply stunning and you can easily forget that you are in central Manila, it's a true oasis. The gym is great and has every piece of equipment that you could want to use. I stayed on the running machines but they were top of the line with some great features. The changing rooms are also very good with a jacuzzi and excellent shower facilities. The hotel is attached to two malls which is good for a walk around in the evenings when you can't sleep!! The room is really comfortable and has a seating area which gives some comfort. The bed is large and comfortable. No mini bars in the rooms though. The service at the hotel is fantastic and is a real step back to the old school service in the East. I had a great stay.

Great Hotel- Excellent Service
We had a a great stay in this hotel, Older Shangri-La but well maintained hotel, the staff are very friendly and always at your service when you need something. Their food is excellent, lot of choices on their buffet breakfast. When you call for room service, they come immediately and always served us with a smile... It really make a difference when you are greeted with people that are happy. When a small spider landed on her while we were at the pool, the life guard came to her aid, right away and helped and comforted her... I like the efficiency and warmness of the staff.. Excellent customer service!!!

A truly hospitable people
We had our dinner at heat resto and we were amazed to their excellent service! From hostess mona, and to my waiter ronel! We also want to thank personally to Mr.Rowell who made my moms bday special! Thank you everyone! Proud to be filipino for being too hospitable as mentioned by my foreigh guest!

Comfort in the City
This is a hotel that I keep coming back whenever I have a chance. I was so glad that our company decided to hold our leadership conference in this hotel. I checked in a day earlier than our conference to ensure I am settled in and be prepared the following day. As I came out from the elevator from the basement's parking, Kevin at the front desk saw me and immediately came to me with a smile. He welcomed me with a warm greeting and helping me out with my bags. He was also very accommodating to my questions and requests. He was truly helpful. Since there's not much of guests at the lobby, he was gracious enough to help me get to my room and brought the bags for me, ensuring that everything is in order inside the room and if I need anything. Same with RC from (Laundry I think) who I interacted with when I requested my long sleeves to be pressed. She was very courteous and assured me that the long sleeves will be in my room on time. And yes, it was there when I got back to my room. Neat and pressed nicely in time for our conference the next day. I wish I could have given them both some gratuity but forgot. Maybe when I come back. I also appreciate that their policy is very accommodating. When I woke up the following day, I had headache and didn't want to go down to eat breakfast at Heat. I called InRoom Dining and ordered food instead, I was willing to pay because I know it is their policy, free breakfast is at Heat so I have to go down. Since I wasn't feeling well, I decided to eat inside my room instead. The staff who took my order, upon knowing that I am not feeling well and couldn't go down, informed me that he will call me back and see if there's something that can be done for me not to be charged for my order anymore and bring some food as part of my free breakfast package. He even made sure that if I need something from the clinic or medical needs, he will immediately send someone. These acts of kindness from Kevin, RC and the staff from In Room Dining that answered my morning call, make me go back to Shangri-La again and again. Though a little expensive, I don't mind because the people make every penny worth it. Days after our conference I received a survey requesting for my feedback and I am glad that after sending in my feedback, I received a response from the management who assured me to take care of some the areas of improvement I have included in the survey. I am happy that they follow thru immediately. Now that is what I call "taking care of your customer."
