This hotel is perfect if you want to have a quick getaway from busy hectic life of Manila! Very near to Bag of beans main branch and other bulaluhan in town. We also had a bridal shower last Nov21 and the staff were all accommodating. Special thanks to ate Camille gandara for helping us decorate the room❤They offer free videoke and 1hour Jacuzzi, with Taal overlooking view at the rooftop😍 Excellent!👌👍👏

Upon our arrival at the hotel, we are warmly welcome by Ronald and the other staff. They were so positive and very accommodating. Ronald is superb on his role in attending to our needs. The staff is very reliable. They are amazing! Room: I gave instructions about our room and Ronald didn't fail to do so. The room was very clean and the bed linen, pillows, and blankets are very neat. They also provide basic toiletries which are very common. The good thing about this hotel is they allow your furry companions to be with you inside the room. This is indeed a very pet-friendly hotel. Food: Their food is so delicious and the ingredients they use are very fresh, especially in their Pansit Guisado. Their Bulalo is also superb. I like it personally and we even have to take it home! Facilities: The jacuzzi and the sauna room is functioning very well and you can see that it is really being maintained properly. The roof deck will give a great view of Tagaytay and Batangas City. I really like to hang out with their roof deck especially at night if you're looking for a quiet place to have some small chit chats. WiFi is strong but sometimes loses the signal when we are inside the room but it doesn't matter. Overall experience is very great and will definitely go back here. Thanks El Renzo

Before we booked this hotel (same day with the check-in), we called first to ask if they have swimming pool and they told us that there's none but we can use their jacuzzi instead, so we booked it immediately because we just wanted to relax that day, but when we arrived at the hotel, the staff told us that the jacuzzi was not working. We were so disappointed. Good thing we still enjoy our stay because they have sauna which is just beside our room and pet is allowed in this hotel so we were able to bring our furbaby. Food - The food was great! Their bulalo, buffalo wings and sweet and sour fish were delicious and the price was reasonable. Large servings, good for 2-3. Room - we booked the queen room for less than 2k. The room was clean. AC and hot and cold shower were functioning well. They provide basic toiletries but there are no slippers in the room. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book again.

No hot shower, rooms were small. Originally booked for a family room for 6 people but was given 2 separate rooms good for 2 pax each (so total of 4 only). I had to pay for extra to get an additional bed which barely fit in the room. We couldn't go to the bathroom without stepping on the extra bed. It was a bad experience considering the holidays and we were hoping to relax but we just had a huge disappointment on this one. Hope they don't overbook the next time or if they do, provide comparable options.
