The place is scary. It is not like what you see in the picture. I'm really disappointed with the hotel accommodation. Coffee drinks good are not available you need to ride tricycle before you can buy food. Its really disappointing!
No available food for dinner...
AC wasn't functioning. We have requested to transfer us to another room of the same type. Turns out, the other rooms have the same issue. After 5 hours of waiting and making follow up, they decided to upgrade our room.
Not so cold aircon in our room
The hotel is situated in the middle of something like shopping mall. Reception area was poorly positioned as it is located on the 3rd floor where people won't easily see it.
Conveniently located. Single room is small for triathletes. WiFi signal is weak in room.
Free WiFi but no network. It's really useless. But the hotel is good.
Average hotel. Cozy rooms.
I the the view and the food is nice But the WiFi connection is so

accessible but poor signal in room
The hotel is located at the third floor of the Embarcadero de Legazpi, a mall that has since lost its vibrance. The elevators and escalators to the upper floors were no longer in service. I had to drag my luggage up two flights of steps just to reach their receptionist. Nevertheless, the Embarcadero is one of the stops of the jeepneys that ply the city proper. Location is easily accessible to jeeps and tricycles I was able to easily reserve a room at Embarcadero online. It cost me about $16 for a windowless air-conditioned room with a single bed, a television, and its own bathroom. The toiletries that they provide included a towel, soap, a sachet of toothpaste, and a sachet of shampoo. The hotel’s smoking area was at the garden at the ground floor, a good two flights of stairs away. There is wifi in the room that I stayed in. It was quite good but unfortunately, the telecom company experienced service trouble and lost their connection at around 10 pm, which lasted until the following morning. The following morning when I complained to the receptionist that their wifi was still not working, she said that service has already been restored and she will have the modem restarted. It worked afterwards. The day’s newspaper is available at the lobby. There are souvenir stalls at the ground floor of the Embarcadero de Legazpi. I was able to get keychains and coin purses here for Php 100 a dozen. There is also a supermarket (Puregold) so getting snacks and bottled drinks is quite convenient. The Embarcadero Hotel offers airport transfer services at Php 200 per person, which is not bad considering that a tricycle ride to the airport can cost you half as much. Their service vehicle is a Toyota Grandia.

Sewer Problem
There was a bad smell coming from the drainage in the comfort room. The spray they applied did not solve the problem. Nonetheless they have a great view, nice room design and the whole building have sooo much potential if they would revive the nightlife at the mall.

Typical Filipino business trip
The place is near a baywalk where you can take your usual morning run, dinner and sight seeing. There are no signals inside the rooms but has a good wi fi connection to compensate. The room is clean with a modern design just enough to fit one person (If you are clostrophobic the room is quite small). The price is fluctuating depending on the number of visitors but i got a good deal at 950/ day which is value for your money especially if you are on a budget like me. The hotel does not offer any breakfast because it does not have its own restaurant but has a grocery downstairs where you can buy snacks toiletries or noodles if you are hungry so be sure to eat before going back to the hotel. Has ample and secure parking space. Its location is in the heart of the city near ayala mall. The place is safe, quiet, clean and affordable. So if you are a salesperson travelling a lot or just a tourist that wants a good affordable place this one is for you.

Great View of the Mayon Volcano!
Nothing beats the view here, if one gets the ocean view room. The breakfast is at a few minutes out of the hotel, at a 'bar' in the same property. They offer a set meal and it's nothing special and the interior of the bar is not apt for breakfast. We were initially assigned to a room full of black molds, a very small bed not enough for two people and a bathroom with frosted glass partition! But we asked to be assigned to a better room... hence the ocean/mountain view. I was a part of an off-campus group of 40 people. The students were complaining of the beds, that they were small and not fit for two people. I'm wondering why do they still offer that kind of room to guests!!!

I'd just rather narrate what we've experienced while checked in at Embarcadero Hotel. So I've booked two rooms, both standard queen, one for me and my officemate, and the other one for my two sisters. For both rooms, these are my complaints: •No complimentary water or beverage. •No bidet in the toilet. •Very poor ventilation, AC unit not working efficiently. For my room, I had to request for an electric fan because I could not stand the temperature of the room. I called up the front desk to report about the AC unit, but the staff who attended said that it already was the default setting of the unit, nothing more could be done (like seriously). By the way, I had to call the reception thrice before they could bring the fan in my room, and got hung up on my third call while on hold. The other room was mosquito infested. I experienced it myself. I stayed there in the morning to check up on my sisters. The room was also warm. It lacked one small towel for the bathroom floor, I had to tell them to request one from the reception. While we were in the room, the door was suddenly unlocked by one of their employees without even knocking. Whoever it was, he/she didn't enter nor open the door. We've figured it might be houskeeping who just got the room number wrong. The reception area and all hallways have no AC ventillation. The hotel is located in the third floor of a poorly patronized old mall, whose elevator looks like a service elevator, same one they're using for transporting collected trash.
