Room is okay. Friendly staff. Big cr and bed. Room has a smell thou. No free airport pick up. Limited choices of breakfast. Great view of mayon

The staff and crews were very courteous. We arrived really early to the hotel, around before 9am and we were allowed to check in at 9. Housekeeping was very accommodating and went to our room right away when we had requests. My child was sick and vomited twice and the housekeeping personnel was very nice even when he had to clean vomit from our room twice. The room was clean although it smelled of cigarette smoke. (None of us are smokers). What made it a bad stay was the fact that the hotel was at the 3rd floor of a building without any functioning elevator. Even the escalator at the far end of the area was not functioning. Imagine carrying 2 kids to the 4th floor of a building every time we had to go to our room. To top it off, I have severe asthma which was triggered by the stress of having to walk 4 flights of stairs every time we had to go inside the room. Other than that, our stay could have been perfect.

The room was full of dust. The towels has rust stain even the blanket has stain too. The complimentary water is not even new; I think it was stuck there for almost a month there is a coffee mug but no coffee the central light is not working they even told us that it is only a display and the curtain manual to pull up and down...

Hotel was nice. my only comment was the CR, there's a foul odor

This was my 3rd time in Embarcadero but probably my worst stay. I booked a Standard Single Room and it was smaller than the one I booked almost a year ago. There was no floor mat in the bathroom (unlike before). I saw a little insect in the room. The aircon didn’t go back to its previous settings after I switched it to fan mode early morning. I asked for an extension for a few hours and asked to have my room cleaned. Went out for church and lunched and came back to my room uncleaned. The breakfast was not worth it. They had a limited menu and I went for the food I might enjoy (tuyo) since I don’t eat tinapa and not a fan of longganisa. My stay was okay, pleasant. But it was the worst one among my 3 stays. Might come back only if there’s a good online deal and if I have no choice.
Folks from embarcadero are nice. Place is too far from tourist spots. Foods is not so good because it's quite expensive but the taste is good, towels smells bad
The place is scary. It is not like what you see in the picture. I'm really disappointed with the hotel accommodation. Coffee drinks good are not available you need to ride tricycle before you can buy food. Its really disappointing!

AC wasn't functioning. We have requested to transfer us to another room of the same type. Turns out, the other rooms have the same issue. After 5 hours of waiting and making follow up, they decided to upgrade our room.
