Attended a wedding here.....the place is still under construction
Attended a wedding here. It was about 250 guests at this wedding and the place was fully booked with guests to. So Parking was hard to find. First parked 150 meters from the entrance at the main road of Tagaytay (which was not secure). It had been a rainy day too..so it was muddy to go walking the dirt and gravel driveway of the Hotel in Black shoes. Finally after an hour they cleaned up the unfinished basement parking deck. the ramps are very steep on this parking facility so if your car has a bad manual clutch or is very underpowered, good luck getting out of the parking deck. The wedding was supposed to be at the open air roof deck. But it rained so we ended up cramped into the only function room for the ceremony. The reception was on the other side of the U shaped floor area. Both areas the reception and ceremony area are separated from each other by glass walls and a swimming pool. both are connected to each other by the lobby where the buffet was. The problem was the reception area was small and tables had to be set up in the ceremony area. it was like having to receptions.... this hotel wasn't designed with big banquets in mind......the lay out is just not ideal for a wedding above 150 people

Relaxing place to stay
They have made the place all in glass so you would have an exquisite view of Taal lake however you don't have the view in the rooms. The frontage would only cover the suite rooms and the restaurant. Most of the rooms would only have a view of the pool unlike most of the hotels in Tagaytay. The service was good, food at the coffee shop was also good but the rooms were quite costly compared to most hotels in Tagaytay and booking was quite hard because they do not have that much rooms.

Nice View and Facilities
Nice view and nice hotel but they have to improve on customer service and training. Trash can was not emptied and smelled like it had been there for days prior to our stay. Breakfast was so so. Check out procedure also needs improvement.

Great place for Work and Leisure
Very fast wifi. Secluded from the bustle of Tagaytay yet accessible as it is in the middle of almost everything. UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW OF THE LAKE AND THE VOLCANO! Courteous and responsive staff. Adequate and secured multi-level parking areas.

Amazing place, horrible service for the price
We basically paid 9k for the view of the hotel. It was me and two girls friends of mine. The breakfast buffet was so basic, breakfast food you typically have at home, nothing special to the point of not even presentable for photography. When we asked for new towels the next day, they said we had to pay 100 pesos more. To think for 9k you can get a towel for free. The room and bathroom was definitely small for the price of the room. Even adding an extra mattress will cost you money. Overalls, nice view, horrible service. Never coming back that's for sure. Oh yeah and you'd expect them to at least have a heated pool. They don't. Pool and view is useless at night because you can't swim.
