Bad AC. Pillows, bed sheet and comforter doesn't smell good. I placed the card, "Make up my room" but no one came to clean up the room.
Bed is not comfortable. Aircon is defective.
The front desk are approachable. Check in is fast. And serve good buffet breakfast.
The room smells badly. We wanted to move to another room that’s available. Apparently they didn’t accommodate us. Instead, they just spray some deodorizer.
Aircon is bad no remote control
Linens are very old with a hole on it. Smells dirty. CR not totally sanitized toilet bowl with yellow stain. Need to laundry the curtains. Noisy aircon. Room lock is not functioning.
Good service and accommodating staff
Booked and paid for our room, but we had to wait for more than 30 minutes for a standard twin single. At 1am in the morning! Tired, wet and exhausted, we finally got to a room with flooding bathroom floors, clogged drainage, noisy aircon and a TV remote that only works on channel 8. The following day, we were greeted by a bad breakfast (like they are tired of cooking), half-cooked waffles they call pancakes, fish that spent more time in oil than the sea, toasters that burn your bread to volcanic crisp, watermelon slices a pale as an anemic patient, a very shy egg station in the corner, away from being approachable, plus the usual boring staff. The service was as bad as the weather. If it was not for the location, I wouldn't have book here.
Nobody monitor the cleanliness of the room. No staff cleaning the room.
Good and very convenient place.

Good Place to Stay in Makati
Eutotel Makati is a good place to stay for budget contious traveller in Makati. it is across waltermart makati, which is very accessible when you are craving for something to eat. Overall inside the hotel is great but when you go out, you can feel the hassle and bustle of city living. All kinds of public transportation (from pedicads to buses) are all over the place which makes outside of the hotel a little bit noisy. All in all it is still a good place to stay in Makati

Eurotel Makati a simple place to stay with a perfect service.
Booked from Aug.11-18. The place is very simple, with an excellent service rendered from reception specially mentioned to Desiree (hopefully, I remembered it right), bell boys, waiters at breakfast restaurant and hotel cleaners. They are all hard working staff and very polite to their guests. The hotel is easy access to public and private vehicles. Just in front of Waltermart Mall and surrounded by so many small stores. The price is the cheapest price you can avail along the vicinity of Makati area with free buffet breakfast. I could have make it 5 stars review but due to the strong smell from their sewer maintenance and insecticide spray the moment you come out from the elevator going to the entrance of your room makes my noise so irritated. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect score of 5.

Its a cheap hotel
Ok here's the thing. It's a cheap place but pretty decent for the price. don't expect a bath tub, but honestly? the "Best" part of this hotel is the fact that on the ground floor there's a special entrance going to a burger machine store. Its cheap, and its good. I know that seems strange, but don't knock it 'til you try it. Plus its close to a lot of places to eat like Andok's everything in waltermart, and Makati Cinema Square. one ride away from glorietta. its just an advantage.

I checked in around 9:30 pm from a long flight. The receptionist/manager did not even acknowledge our presence while standing in front of them. They were discussing discrepancy with a guest who apparently have not checked out but checked out from the system. Asked to fill up the form without eye contact and smile. Given the key and was directed to the lift. The bellman was there standing without even offering to carry the luggage so we brought it up ourselves. Breakfast was so so. On my third night, the Night Manager came to knock in the room and told me that i was supposed to have checked out. I told him my rsvn is for 3 nights and that is indicated on my reg card. After a while the FO called me up asking for my name. and this really freaked me out. They did not know who are their guests in the room. She even asked me if I already transferred room. She asked again for my name and I told her to check my record. Eventually she got my name right. Service really sucks. The only good thing in this hotel is their location and nothing else. oh, and the bathroom smells sewer. probably coming from the loose toilet bowl. i stayed in 310

The receptionist are good and accommodating. Early in the morning, during our breakfast guests are expecting news over the television, but the channel of your television is concentrating in "SABONG" ( cockpit ) which is not healthy because most of your guests are professionals. They love to watch to news in the morning. The room smells cigarettes, poor in-sanitation. The remote of the television is not functioning. Some of the staff in the restaurant didn't smile in the customer. ( nakasimangot ) unpleasant. Room Number 505 Stay May 19-20, 2017
