- Romantic Vacation
The room is okay however no fridge available, aircon is loud, traffic and cars can be heard inside the room, the Queensize bed was just literally 2 single beds attached together.. This is pretty much okay if you'll book it in promo but not their regular rate.

- Family vacation
On our first night, the aircon was noisy. On our second night, the exhaust fan inside the comfort was noisy too. The room was not very clean, there were traces of oil on the table, and the chair was very dirty. Also, on our first night, I ask for a pair of batteries for the remote control, I called the front desk 3 times before they sent a room service to tell us that the remote control was electric.

Worst experience ever. We booked a hotel mainly because there is a brown out in our area. But the hotel experienced a water interruption most of our stay which cause us not taking a bath going to our work place. No apology were made and staff was not friendly enough when we asked why the water running in the faucet were all black. So disgusting to witness the toilet floor turned black specially when we have a toddler with us. We don't know where to get the water when she pooped. Bed was also dirty and itchy. Place was old. Window was blocked with dirty wall view. Food was not even delicious. Will not recommend it.

The room allocated to us don't have toiletries. We called the front desk thrice but still not deliver any. We approach a crew, he said yes he will personally bright it there but still after 20mins nothing arrive. Then we went down personally to the front desk, they asked our keys cause at that time we have an appointment outside. When we came back, after 2 hrs. There is toiletries but they're failed to put tissue. There is nothing, nothing in the cr, its so frustrating if we need to call again cause its late at night already. Hope they can prepare the room before they let the guess check in. So guess won't experience inconvenience.

Just good if you stay here for a night or 2. Not recommended for longer stay. Stayed for 2 nights. Complained about air conditioner not working but front desk asked to wait for the next day for the maintenance to check. Had to sleep without air conditioner and room given to me doesn’t have a window. Smelly room and hallway. Buffet breakfast is overrated. Had same breakfast menu for 2 days. Ordered buffalo wings for dinner but chicken has a different taste. Seemed like spoiled. Only location is good.

The CR don't have tissue though we called the front desk and give us refill. The room don't have slippers too, we asked then they gave us. The TV remote control is not functioning, though the attendant gave us a spare remote but it didn't functioning as well. It looks like everything we need (Basic that hotel room should have was not been there) we always need to ask so they can provide. I thought its been checked before letting the visitors came in. Right? That's why it took so long before they can accommodate us?

We enjoyed their food (even there is no jam for the breads) and services. However, the CR's floor sinks were clogged and the water is very too long to drain. It is kinda disappointing and yucky at the same time. Also, they have renovation/construction beside our room which is very disturbing. Hope they can do something about it so they can provide excellent and less hassle stay for their guests moving forward.

Bathroom doesn't have floor towel so after bathing, the floor gets damp and this may cause accident. Their extra bed was a folding bed, and was kind of broken, we asked the crew to change it but until we checked out it was not changed. But anyways, their food was great and the hotel staff were courteous.

the room has a bad smell upon entering. toilet bowl was dirty. bedsheet had a dirty stain as if it was not new. tv was not working well, it was working as if a radio. you hear the sound but screen was black.

Every year we was staying there with my husband, it was good ... few weeks we was there also everything is changed, and so much noise the hall way, and somebody make doorbell our room even we don't have any order or etc. the foods every morning, it's really different compared before.
