- Family vacation
There’s no toilet tissue and there’s a lot of small moths inside the toilet. But overall, it’s a good experience.
- Family vacation
No sound proof. You can hear the sounds outside the room
- Shopping & Culinary
The worst experienced I had with Eurotel. I booked their Suite room for the purpose of having the bathtub but when I tried to use it in the morning there was no lock to prevent water from draining and there was no time to call anymore since I was nude. Other issues were no tissues and toothbrush and it made me call twice just for it to be delivered. During late night when I arrived after coming from mall there were water all over the floor coming from the mini fridge. It took almost an hour before someone came to fix it and I was very sleepy already since it's past 12 noon. Its like I paid more for nothing but instead had the worst experience ever. Spoke with Marvin in the morning about what happened and but don't know how they can update me about my complaint. Was not even compensated for what happened.
- Family vacation
I left my optical drop in the room and asked if they were able to find it. I asked if they can check the room just once but they refused and insisted that they did not find it.
- Family vacation
We booked for a family suite & we had free buffet breakfast. The hotel is also accessible to SM & Trinoma, few meters walk.

1. Were rushing, when we went out to check for breakfast we were locked outside multiple times. They were helpful but we waste almost 20-30mins. 2. Food is so-so. The tocino is too watery. The coffee was pale as white. The breakfast food was cold. ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars only.
- Family vacation
Breakfast buffet is okay but the rooms are old and not being cleaned thoroughly i.e. Bathroom floor, Sink and bath tub. The highlight of our stay was in the morning. The room key wasn't working properly and it took the housekeeping and manager on duty to check it for an hour (multiple Times opening and locking/banging the door causing our toddler to wake up due to the early morning noise) and thereby delaying us further to Go down for breakfast. We were Hungry already at That Time!!! They weren't able to fix it so their suggested solution was for us to transfer to another room which was kind of hassle to pack things in a rush and transfer whereas we were planning already to prepare and check out after breakfast. And when we got down since we were late for breakfast due to the faulty door lock, we still had to wait for our turn to get a table, the manager could have given a heads up to the receptionist To reserve a table for us while they try to fix the door. I guess they need more training for customer Service 101
- Romantic Vacation
This hotel has a good location. However, they gave us 2 twin beds instead of 1 queen bed as what is indicated in my booking details. The ambiance of the room is not good and the facilities are already old. We were so disappointed with the service.
good venue the bed the foods are amazing
The stay was okay and the food was good my concerns are their bed mattress which kept sliding off the frame and it had this irritating velcro on its side, we couldn’t sleep peacefully as we had to keep pushing it back in place every time it slides off. Another is the elevator door which kept closing in even before the guest could get in, I saw a guest experience this twice during our stay thus getting hurt in the process. I hope my concern doesn’t go unnoticed, it’s necessary for a hotel to have comfortable beds. thank you.
