the room is good and clean. the big problem is at the swimming pool. I can accept the condition of the turbidity of water because of maintenance work. the re-painting work, so some dust are in the water. The water quality is very poor and harmful for the health, very alkaline, the PH is very high. I know from the my hair. It became so dry and stiff. The most unbelievable is... my underwear, the color change from the blue black to be rather red. Beware when you want to swim there!! Thanks God, I was using the swimming google!!!!

Staffs are polite and kind. Kudos to ate and kuya who cleaned our room during our stay, very friendly and always wear a smile. There aren’t a lot of food choices during breakfast buffet but the food is great, love everything.

overall experience of staying here multiple times, totally more than 20 nights. I think the overall experience are listed below. Great location, cheapest price in the range. Quality control is substandard compared to other hotel. but the staff react fast. - Super dirty hallway, cleaned after notice were given. - Broken desk lamp - Hot water switch didn't turn off unless notice - staff wear shoes to your room and toilet leaving a foot stain all over. - breakfast support to close at 10 am, but 9:45 the staff start to collect the food already. - Close ventilation hotel, all mirror are seal the air quality is bad. Even worse using very bad air freshener who make your nose block. Many more, so far there is no one trip here that I found. I encourage the Hotel Chain to have some check up visit, and improve the quality control here.

The room is spacious, food is ok, ambient is good and feel like living in the center of office area as actually it is. Need for minor improvement for the cleanliness of the room, floor and curtain feels a bit dirty. Rest are ok. The only unpleasant experience I had when the I arrived after long flight early at 9.00 am. Even though the reserved room is available however I still have to wait in the lobby for quite long time without comfortable hospitality until I got close to check in hour. Although it requested in the early notes of my booking.

located in the middle of Manila business district BGC, the hotel was close to everywhere I needed to be. room was comfortable, staffs were helpful and nice (shout-out to Daryl who helped me with last minute airport transport). breakfast left much to desire but was overall okay
