Summer Vacation
Our kids enjoyed the glass infinity pool and its beach view. The place is secured, beach is so calm and it has a relaxing view. Facilities are clean, though the food came late it's still highly recommended.

TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT
Our experience here was a total disappointment. First of all, we arrived late at 1800H only to be told that they need to look for the room key. No biggie! yes were tired from the 2hr travel to the resort but we are also excited to look around the area. In a few minutes they were able to open the room for us. The 2 bedroom was spacious. 1st room with a double size bed, 2nd br with single bunk beds and a mattress set-up on the floor. There was also a couch on the living room area hence, we asked if we can let our driver sleep-in instead of sleeping inside the van. Didn't ask for anything extra to be set up in the room but still they said they need to charge him 500.00 including bfast. Our driver insisted to just sleep inside the van. Now here's the worst part of the trip-- we left the "resort" to visit the Long beach which is less than 10mins away from the place. I received a TEXT MESSAGE at 9:46AM informing us that there will be incoming guests who will occupy the same room. No biggie AGAIN! but then I received a call 'informing' us again and asking us if were already on our way back to the hotel. At this point, Im STILL trying to be understanding even if I KNOW for a FACT that this is a no-no in the industry of hospitality being a hotelier myself and who wouldn't fine it a bit annoying?! So we went back to the resort only to be welcomed by a reiteration of the message that we need to vacate the room 1 hour earlier of the check out time!! We were asked in a "very apologetic way" to vacate the room at 11AM. So yes! of course we will.. we didn't want to spoil our trip anyway. We just needed a good shower so we can hop in the van, leave the resort and continue our supposedly hassle free vacation but there's NO WATER!! They apologized and explained to us but after everything?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! want to know whats worst than worst?! We received a call in the room at 1042H to tell this "Arent you ready to leave yet?" WOW. as if that wasnt enough.. 2 of their staff were already lurking outside our door. We then informed them that we will leave at 11AM! We went to their receiving area, nobody was there to meet us before we leave. We waited for about 15mins! nada! nobody faced us depsite the fact that they wanted to kick us out early! We just had enough and left! But it didnt end there. Sadly it didnt. I received a message saying that we NEVER paid for the extra pax noting that the room was good for 6 pax. We were 6 adults plus an 8y/o kid sharing bed with the parents. I wasn't informed during check in that we need to be charged for that?! What extra service did we avail? We didnt even get a DECENT shower before we left! Of course, we didnt allow our driver to starve, we invited him for bfast. The bfast was served mini buffet style. Again, we didnt order for anything EXTRA. We just asked our driver to eat with us since one of us in the group's a muslim, so she just ate a bread and 1 pc of fish and as mentioned, an 8 y/o kid who doesnt eat a lot. But pls if you still insist to charge us for the EXTRA services that was rendered to us, please feel free to contact me AGAIN. I would be most happy to send you the money. BTW, we had a stopover to eat lunch in a small canteen who offered a free meal for drivers. I was so surprised! The irony! Not recommending this resort unless they improve on their customer service. REAL customer service.

Great hosts in a fantastic location on a very quiet stretch of pristine beach
Our family of four (two adults, two children aged 2&4) stayed in the cottage, just 10m from the steps to the beach, which has everything you could require - kitchen, bathroom, main bedroom, dining area and living area/second bedroom. Everything you could need was supplied, including a full-sized fridge crammed full of drinks; well-priced working on an 'honesty box' basis. Breakfast was served in the gazebo next to the cottage and consisted of everything from toast and cereal, to bacon, eggs, beans etc. The restaurant is in town, so the food is delivered to the cottage and either served in the gazebo or the cottage. The efficient staff organise it all. The swimming pool has just been built which is huge - guess about 18m long and 2.5m deep in the middle, with glass sides, for excellent photo opportunities. Brian and Michelle, the owners, make excellent hosts with a wealth of local knowledge, which improves the overall experience. In summary, a well-equipped cottage in an idyllic location which has a very personal B&B feel to it. Highly recommend staying here.

Vacation
Clean , quiet, secured, and relaxing beachside resort with its beautiful 25 meter glass infinity pool. Resort owners are always there with helping hand, very hospitable . No public transportation (except for tricycle) available yet in this area but the owner is always there to drive you to the place you want to go. They have a hair salon and a restaurant in town, few minutes drive from the resort. A homey resort. Highly recommended.
