We spent 3 days there and the service and all the staff were great! Food serving was also generous and the taste is worth the price! Will surely come back to this place every time we visit boracay.

Worst experience ever!
We had a to go through four rooms and yet we were never satisfied. In the first room, the AC was dripping, and requested to have it fixed. We then left to go about enjoying the island, but by the time we came to back the dripping was more severe. The entire bedside table was drenched along with my non-waterproof external speakers. We requested a transfer, but the room we were transferred in had some sort of pest running in between the walls. We requested for another transfer, but when we got back, we saw that the AC was the same as the first room. By this shift, the front desk handling us was difficult to communicate with as she spoke very sarcastically not only to us, but to the owner of the travel agency who called her up. We were being transferred to what was supposedly the Presidential Suite, but when we inspected the room, it was very dusty and we learned from the cleaning staff that the room was actually just a showcase room and that they don't clean rooms periodically but only when there are guests. They don't even clean them properly. The aforementioned front desk clerk never once wanted to apologize, she even continually tried to wash her hands off the incident. We were supposed to stay there for 4 days, 3 nights but on the 3rd day we transferred. We wanted to transfer since the second day but all other resorts in Station 1 were fully booked. Hell will literally freeze over before we go back to this sorry excuse of a resort again.

Friendly staff and lovely place
Had an amazing holiday here. One of the few resorts where sand from the beach goes all the way to your doorstep! Traditional huts make you feel like you arelivimg like the locals in one of the oldest hotels in boracay. Definitely eat here on a Friday and reserve a table for the cultural dance as well as the fire dance while enjoying traditional philipino foods. The staff were really friendly and I enjoyed my breakfasts with a view of the sea. The sand is soft white and the sea is crystal clear with no debris, dirt or rocks at this resort. There is a pool table, a swimming pool if you don't want to enjoy the warm sea and happy triple hour which you can enjoy while watching the sun set. Always given a cold towel while sunbathing and help when menus needed explaining. Wifi is really good here in all parts of the resort if you need to work which was a blessing lol. Station 2 is walking distance away so it has the best location, not too remote and not to close to chaos!

very average old run down place
well my biggest problem with this property is that it is old and run down and yet not affordable by any standards. with this kind of money one can stay in many luxury new resorts here. however the location is great and the beachfront is amazing. if you are not looking for too many frills and fancies u may not be disappointed with this place. the pool is not clean. however the staff is really nice and accomodating. since i wasnt happy with the rooms they gave me a refund for most part of my booking. that i really appreciate. i feel old must not be associated with run down.

Resort’s design concept great, food and service below average
I came here with my husband and my two young sons. I love the resort’s location (best part of White Sand Beach), the native huts (with our own patio and hammock) and the fact that resort preserved its portion of the beach after all these years. The resort needs to improve on customer service, cleanlinessnof the rooms, improving resort facilities, and the food. Customer service: The TV cable in our first room didn’t work. They sent an electrician to fix it. He came around the time my sons and I needed to nap. The electrician opened a window facing a muddy alley way (accessible from the beachfront). He hopped out of the window to fix the cable from outside. He didn’t come back for 30 mins. When he came back and I asked how much longer it would take, he said he was almost done and hopped back out the window again. After an hour, he didn’t return. I then noticed he did not even bother closing the window. It was wide open. It was evening now and the muddy alley way facing the window was letting so many mosquitos in. I called front desk to (1) ask if it was necessary for electrician to hop in and out of the window, (2) let management know that cable is still not fixed, and (3) electrician left window wide open to let so many mosquitos in, (4) and electrician hasn’t returned, yet cable still not working. The front desk employee, named MAYA, said she would personally come to our room to assess the situation and that she would be on her way. She also said the service alley way facing the window was accessible through an entryway by the beachfront (which was only a few meters from our room). I said the electrician should have just passed thru beachfront entrance rather than inconveniencing us for two hours. We waited for Maya for 45 mins. Held off heading out to dinner with my kids until after she arrived. I followed up with front desk on when she would come, but I was told she already went home. I requested to speak to the manager. However, front desk told me she was not around at the moment and they would find her to let her know what was going on so she can personally speak with me. After half an hour, my husband walks in the room, I tell him whats been happening and that I was waiting for the manager. He tells me he passed by the bar/restaurant earlier and saw manager drinking at the bar with a guest. Front desk later called and said manager had gone home. I requested for another room after they offered to come spray chemicals for mosquitos which my kids would have to smell upon returning from dinner. We also still had a non-working tv cable (needed tv to work for when I bring kids in to rest for the day). They agreed to give us a new room. Since my kids have asthma and allergies, Inasked that they thoroughly clean the room, INCLUDING THE FLOOR UNDER THE BED. Later that evening they called to say the room was finally clean and ready. In the new room, I checked under the bed and FOUND A THICK BLANKET OF DUST. While there weren’t as many mosquitos in this room, there was still a good number everyday. Shouldn’t they fumigate rooms regularly to avoid this? Never heard from manager about this. She didn’t even reach out to apologize for all the inconvenience. Restaurant/Food: Service at the restaurant and bar is very slow. Sometimes it seems there are only three people, including the bartender, working the restaurant during breakfast lunch and dinner. If there were more, service should not have been so slow. Food was below average as far as quality/taste. My son and I ordered corned beef hash for breakfast. When I tasted the corned beef, it tasted like Argentina brand corned beef, which has a distinct, not-so-good taste and mushy/watery texture and unnaturally bright pink color. (My helper previously worked in this Argentina factory and quit because she could no longer stomach seeing worms and puss in the corned beef they were still packing in the cans. ) I called for the chef to ask for the brand of corned beef and he said ARGENTINA. For a place that claims to be a luxury resort, they spend very little on the quality of their food. Argentina is known to have cheapest and lowest quality corned beef. Facilities: There is a Billiards table, but the two sticks they provide have no tips. Books are provided on a shelf by the Billiards table, but they are moldy. Swimming pool lounge chairs: Is it common practice for hotels to use the pool water to clean lounge chairs? Not sure about this. We found it odd that maintenance would scoop water out of the pool each morning to rinse the lounge chairs. Got a massage in their enclosed room. My other option was to have a massage at their mosquito infested outdoors massage table, completey visible to guests at the restaurant. The enclosed room was musty. Sheets smelled moldy. No proper massage table, just a regular bed. I asked the masseuse to turn off the bright yellow light. There was light filtering through the wooden capiz shell sliding doors next to the massage bed so it wasn’t dark at all. After about 30 mins of her massaging me with her sandpaper rough hands with nothing but a towel covering me, I opened my eyes and noticed the sliding door was WIDE OPEN. I told her it was not right to open the sliding door because I could be seen clearly staff or guests passing by. She claimed it was too dark! If that had been the case, there was a small dim lampshade inside the room that she could have used as well. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD MAKE UP FOR WHAT FACILITIES LACKED. BUT THIS WAS BAD SERVICE (except for the staff responsible for boat and labd transfer services) for a resort that claims LUXURY AND DELECTABLE FOOD.

A beautiful piece of paradise
We stayed for four nights and had an amazing time! The staff were lovely and very attentive. The resort had an authentic feel despite having all the amenities you'd expect from a holiday resort. The cocktails in particular were fabulous! We had an amazing time and would definitely visit again!
