I was arrived from my flight from Davao last night it was very disappointed because the front desk inform that my booking was not confirm although I confirmed my payment on line. Is this usual happening here?

location is not good we find hard to take a cab and we are so disappointed because we already send them a special that we will check in at 9am because we arrived at manila early in the morning but they didn't allow us to check in before 9am..

This is my 3rd time here. It's been peaceful nights until a couple checked in next to my room. I'm guessing they went for night out, come in at around 2am & start b*ck*ring aloud till 5am. How rude! This hotel is clean. However, I tried to book twice via a cp where we communicated before but staff never responded to my inquiry or booking.

Family vacation
The front desk were disrespectful. They have given us stained rooms. We asked to transfer but they did not respond. I will not recommend this with my friends the staff from the front desk were the worst.

There are lots of flies at Grand floor level. Also the plates of Cafè there are dirty and the food doesn't taste so good at all. You can hear loud noises from the other rooms as well.

I booked this room for 2 persons for 2 nights. It is located near the airport which makes it a good place to stay if you have flights to catch. I arrived late on the first day. The check in process was smooth and quick. The receptionists and other staff members are also approachable and very accommodating. However, on the second day, I received a call informing me that I needed to check out because the record showed that I am only booked for 1 day. Although tired and sleepy, I needed to go down to the reception area to sort things out. Despite booking for 2 people, we were only given 1 key card. So whenever one needed to go somewhere, the key card should be brought in order to use the elevator. The room then was left without electrical power even if somebody was inside. No air conditioner, no TV, no lights at all. On the second day, we were advised to just leave the key card and just ask for assistance when using the elevator. Also they don't allow eating inside the room so you really need to go to their eating area which is at the ground floor just to eat. It's not guest friendly. The management should look into this.

Front office staff worse ever.. book for king size bed, they give me 2 single bed because of reason.. the king bad not available.. when I complaint to PIC, she suddenly check & find out still available.. this is 1st time I have check in hotel in manila the aircond remote need to share to others room. When I call lobby, no one pick up...i.need to go front counter and request few's times. Conclusion, I can describe this hotel is bad services ever. Please find more staff with good attitude & personality.

Effective February 1, 2021, the testing and quarantine protocols for all persons allowed entry in the Philippines shall be as follows: 1. Arriving passengers, regardless of origin, shall be required to undergo facility-based quarantine upon arrival; 2. Unless the passenger exhibits symptoms at an earlier date while on quarantine, Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) test shall be conducted on the fifth day from date of arrival in the Philippines; 3. If the RT-PCR test yields a negative result, the passenger shall be endorsed to their local government units of destination who shall then coordinate transfer of said passenger from quarantine facility to the LGU and strictly monitor the remainder of the fourteen-day quarantine through their respective Barangay Health Emergency Response Teams; and 4. In all of the foregoing, appropriate patient management as outlined in the Philippine Society for Microbiology and Infectious Diseases guidelines and the Department of Health Omnibus Interim Guidelines on Prevention, Detection, Isolation, Treatment and Reintegration Strategies for COVID-19 shall still be observed. All other testing and quarantine protocols not inconsistent hereto, including the exemptions therefrom, shall continue to be in force and effect.
