The hotel is nice and clean. Good for a 1-night stay in Ortigas.

No hot shower. I was in the middle of my shower when the water suddenly stopped. I waited for a long time until droplets return, and finished my bath with the droplets. Took me forever. Front desk was not helpful at all. This hotel had the gall to ask P100 for the hairdryer, but the shower is not working. I do not recommend this hotel and i will never return here.
Affordable and clean... but i suggest to have a more sound proof rooms

I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights at Go Hotels Ortigas. I have a 4-day convention at a hotel nearby and since I live far away from the venue, I choose to stay at this hotel. My room is a "King room". Inside it was a TV set, one big bed, a bathroom and a sink. There were also 2 towels and 1 bath mat. 1 tissue roll and a complimentary bath soap and shampoo. Bed The bed is big enough for 2 persons. It has 4 pillows and 1 comforter blanket. The comforter is thick, comfy and clean by the looks of it . Bathroom The shower and toilet area are separated by a wall. There was no bidet at the toilet area so thumbs down for that. The shower area had a rainfall shower but I was not able to use that because it was not working like a rainfall shower should. It was broken, so another thumbs down. Bathroom toiletries are good for one person only. But I think you can request for one more. Hot and cold shower, it is working, that's good. TV It has cable but most of the channels are not available. It has a USB port at the back but it cannot play movies in mp4 and avi format. thumbs down again AC The airconditioning system in the room is working perfectly in my room. But I overheard a couple of guests complaining that theirs was not working ok. It was as if it was on fan mode and no cool air was blowing out. The temperature won't go down lower than 19 degrees celsius. Cleaning / Room service They offer "free" room cleaning service when you hang the sign on the door knob between 11am-2pm and cleaning time is 2pm-6pm but if you hang it after 2pm, it will be charged with a cleaning fee. Others  • Inconsistent room pricing system. They often have price surges. What's up with that?!  • There was no cabinet in the room to place your bag or clothes. No cloth hangers but a few places to hang your clothes.  • There are several wall sockets beside the bed and beside the sink.  • The phone inside the room cannot make outside calls. Only room to room and front desk calls.  • There was a small vault in the room.  • There is no complimentary room slippers.  • There was only 1 trash bin.  • The wifi is slow and does not allow netflix streaming.  • Since guests are not allowed to eat inside the room, there is common dining area at every guest floor. If they find evidence that you violated the hotel policy, they will charge you Php 1000.00.  • The front desk does not always answer calls. I made a call, around 5:30pm, to request new towels and toilet paper, a few rings had passed but no one was answering. I had to personally go and ask one of their staff inside the stockroom for the things I need. I even noticed that their front desk area had no hotel staff. No one to welcome guests. Only the guards were on the lobby area to welcome guests.  • Also, I requested a few items for my room. After a few minutes, there still wasn't any room service to give my requested items. I had to personally knock and ask for it in their "staff only area" which was 20 feet from my room. The staff was even rude enough to answer with the door closed and say "Yes? Ano pong kailangan nila? Wala po kaming yelo."(Yes? What do you need? We don't sell ice here.) When she opened the door, she did not expect a guest to knock. But nevertheless, they should still respect and answer nicely.  • Most of the staff speak loudly in the halls especially near their storage areas, disturbing sleeping guests, and their carts are very noisy when they push it around across the hotel floor. The hotel floor was also uneven, causing the noise of their carts, probably due to improper wiring placements across the hallways.  • There was no reliable phone line or email to contact the hotels incase you need some information. You can catch a "Live Chat" on their website. It is not always that there is a customer service representative to answer your chats. I once left a message and my email address so that they can reply, unfortunately, they did not answer my inquiry in any way. I was even calling during office hours but no answer either. The hotel also offers other services:  • They can let you have early check-in or late check-out with corresponding fees and depending on the room availability.  • They have a luggage room you can use with a fee of Php 50.00  • You can ask to borrow a hair dryer for a fee of Php 100.00 for 2 hours of use.  • There is coffee and vending machine on the 2nd floor. But both machines are not working.  • They also have a partner laundry service. Handwash Laundry Service - Php 75/kilo Handwash and Press Service - Php 155/kilo  • They have massage services offered by Venus Touch Spa.  • Airport shuttle services can be requested as well with corresponding fees.  • They have a parking area available for car owners. I have no idea of the prices. Maybe you can call them to ask, but just a heads up, no one might answer your call. 😉 All in all I would give 3 out of 5 stars. What saved my rating to pass a bit is the cleanliness of the hotel grounds and the big bed. 👍

Very basic facilities, minimalist small room. One thing I am disappointed in is because there's no slipper. Other than that, it is pretty clean and very good location, just in the centre of Business District (Pasig City), just a few step to Robinsons Mall where you can find everything you need quickly.
Pricey, clean and comfortable bed.

Guests are not allowed to eat in their rooms.
