Good location. Service could be improved.
The free breakfast was good. I had beef tapa. The wifi was strong. The room was not too small. The only thing that I didn't like that much is the quality of service that I got from the two receptionists who were on duty. The first one when I checked in at around 2pm was nice but lacked a friendlier and more polite tone. The second receptionist early in the morning didn't bother to look at me when I checked out and didn't say thank you or good bye. She was too busy on her mobile phone.
No TV cable... TV remote control is not working, only the on/off menu works. Aircon is not that cold but hot.. There was no chair inside.. Only 1 bath towel is provided...
Morning receptionist not very accommodating..does not even smile.

Staff offers excellent service during my 16 days of stay. Location is perfect...a few minutes walk to araneta center. You can easily catch your ride as soon you step outside, be it northbound or southbound trips. Bus terminals for provincial trips are within walking distance. Not a 5 star entity but you get more than what you paid for. Needs a little variety on free breakfast serve, but should be alright for short stay.

Lay Over Stop
This place is not a 5 star hotel so don't expect to be served like a queen or a king. But if you are tired, you can't be selective as long they have comfy and soft bed to lay on, hot water for showers, toilet that can flash and a nice cold A/C then your in luck my friends. I find it convenient because my flight leaves the next day and I don't want to get stuck on traffic specially the Manila traffic (Carmadeon). I took Victory Liner bus from Baguio to Cubao then I don't want my friends to know that I am in town plus the hotel was just a few steps away when you get off the bus. The price i've payed was P1200 pesos but if you timed it well; 6pm till 6am (12 hour special) I think you pay P600 pesos half off but ask to make sure. I was able to visit the Cubao area. I was surprised when I saw the area 20 years after; total transformation you need to make room for changed right. All in all it was a good experience for me. Be smart, Be wise. Safe travels.

Cheap hotel in a not very good area
We chose the hotel only for the reason that we had a stopover in Manila on our way from Bohol to Baler and needed to catch the bus to Baler in the morning. The hotel is located almost across the bus station. The area is not a very good one, at least at night cases of pick-pocketing are reported. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was ok, though quite dark due to recessed lights.

The rooms are OK. Toilet and bath are clean amenities provided for. Perfect for people on the go. Rooms just needs a bit of cleaning. Friendly staff. Quick check-in and check-out. Don't stay near the cafeteria, it gets noisy in the morning.

Tired Bodies Can Never be Choosers
I was catching a bus at the Victory Liner Cubao during the labor day long weekend when I decided to just stay at a nearby hotel and wait for my trip. I am very disappointed by how the front office people treated me. They were so busy talki9ng to each other and planning what food they buy that they barely noticed me. I was expecting that they offer me the choices I have but they just waited for me to ask for all the details. It is a given that the place is noisy and busy. The rooms are OK with working aircon, tv, basic amenities and CR. It is fit for tired travelers like me who are seeking immediate place to rest.
