Unsafe to stay!
We had visited Bacolod for quite several times but this was our first time that we went to the city and raining hard. The lobby was spacious and hotel staffs were not that friendly. The rooms were old and rusty. Bathroom was a mess with smelly water in the sink. The aircon was worst. It was not functioning and definitely need of repair. The buffet breakfast was not seem to be a buffet with very limited selection of food. The worst part of our stay was due to the bad weather and heavy pour out of rain throughout the day, flood built up outside the hotel with HEAD deep and even inside the hotel’s lobby. There were several people outside the hotel freezing but the hotel’s management did not even let them in. We rented a car but unfortunately it had floated in the parking lot due to the rising water. The next day, there was no breakfast served because their kitchen was deep in waters. I cannot blame the hotel for these scenarios because we cannot predict mother nature’s wrath, however, I hope they will have improvements on the safety of their guests when emergency situation occurs. We will never stay in this hotel again.

Old room, elevator not functioning
We were checked in at the 3rd fl. Elevator not functioning. Room was big yet old. Vinyl tile makes noise everytime you step on it. Pillow was damp and cotton is almost gone. There was even a hair when i checked on the blanket. If there is any consolation, twin bed is big for a regular size person. Buffet breakfast is not really impressive. Lobby was grand looking. Staff were ok. Hotel is just right infront of Gaisano as they are company owned too. Over all. I would say,it needs upkeep and sanitation.

Hotel stay
Very old building. Faucets are broken and rusty. Cabinet's door is broken.water heater in the shower is not working. Room needs total renovation.the lady on the counter did not tell us the Wi-Fi password and the location and time of breakfast, she just gave to us the room key.

Awful!
Room floor has squeaky sound, bathroom has no hot water, towels are dirty! I was obliged to pay PH1000 "if" something broken in the room and I was told they will return it upon check out--but they never return it. Wifi connection is SLOW. Receptionists have poker face, non of them are approachable. Awful stay, not worth the money.

Definitely not going back here
The room has squeaky wooden floor. The bathroom light was dim, there was no floor mat. The shower faucet was dripping water all the time and there was dirty water mark on the floor. Water of the shower was a bit slow too. Internet in the room was lousy, not working sometimes. I heard from my colleagues who were staying in other rooms, they could not get wifi in their rooms, and even mobile signal was weak that they could not receive calls and SMS. Even the wifi in lobby was not working too, i tried connecting but never succeeded. The lift was smelly. Everything was old and required refurbishing. There was free breakfast but there was no choice too choose, you just have to eat what they serve. There is no drinking water in the room, so you have to get drinking water from the restaurant. Was really disappointed with the hotel that I didn't intend to extend my stay in the hotel after the first night, and moved to another hotel instead for the rest of my trip.Definitely not worth the money!
