Cosy and central B&B
This B&B is located in the heart of Puerto Princesa. Friendly staff, nice room and in the morning you get a good breakfast. From the B&B you can book tours as well, or order yourself a nice massage. I can recommend this place.

clean, comfortable and amazing people
My partner and I stayed at Grandmas two different times during our five weeks in the Philippines. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast in the morning was always great and Ryan and Gigi were the best hosts possible. We even were able to leave our luggage there for free for a couple of days while we traveled around on a rented motorcycle. I would recommend this establishment to everyone. Its the people you encounter on your travels that make their mark, and these people were some of the best! It is also close enough to the airport and the bay walk. We liked it enough to choose to stay there again when we travelled through Puerto Princessa a second time. One nice feature of the place, is an area they have where guests can sit and talk with one another. We met some very sweet people there.

Friendly and helpful staff don't make up for the poor facilities
So I only stayed one night, the location was great. Near the airport and loads of banks, bars etc, but down what I thought would be a quiet side street. At first glance, the room looked great, clean, practical and cool. And the front-of-house team were very helpful. However......my first impression didn't last long. There were a lot of ants in my room, and mosquitos, the toilet didn't flush, the shower was pretty feeble and the air con was so noisy I couldn't sleep. No window, mouldy bread and jam at breakfast (really mouldy) and as is often the case in the Philippines, lots of crazy dogs and chickens next door, who were busy barking and cock-a doodle-do-ing all night. Um......so in summary ok for a one night stopover but no longer than that unless they address a lot of current challenges.

Very poor...
We stayed here last week and we had this very unfortunate experience... I would never recommend the place, its expensive for a pension house. There are cheaper rooms nearby. Also the rooms are poorly maintained. One morning we dont have water. Every breakfast for 5 days an egg every meal, a cup of rice and dried fish or cheap pinoy style sausage (longganisa) or a small slice of meat...
