Green Windows Dormitel features 46 rooms of different configurations and sizes. Big groups will enjoy the Dormitory Room that comes with three bunk beds. Meanwhile, couples will enjoy the Executive King Room. All units come with air-conditioning, a flat screen television with cable channels, a seating area, and a desk. En suite bathrooms come with a hot and cold shower, a bidet and complimentary toiletries. All rooms boast large windows that open to stunning views of the city. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
Guests don’t need to travel far to experience the best of the city. Just five minutes away is the famous Peoples Park, a four hectare park popular for its durian shaped dome and works by Mindanao artist, Kublai Milan. Other notable areas nearby include the ‘D Bone Collector Museum, and the Matina Town Square. Shopping centers like the Abreeza Mall and SM City Davao are both 15 minutes away by car.

The place is good and highly accessible. Though, for its price, just add a little amount and you'll get better accommodations from other hotels around.

Been staying here almost every weekend for my weekend class, bringing my husband and daughter with me. Very accommodating staff. The room is clean and comfortable to stay with. Looking forward for every weekend stay. Keep it up!

the sink is broken you can't flash it automatically. you need a pail to manually flash it. no approval of extension of checkout. I won't book to this dormitel again. no windows on our room

Very unsatisfied hotel. They won't allow beer inside room. Building policies they said. F*ck it! This is the first hotel I ever know have their own policies like that. And suddenly we got room as we requested. Not recommend!

The locations is great.. You just need to walk across the street to get your lunch,dinner or even snacks. near by a hospital(i got a situation during my stay so we need to go to the hospital). But, less of English speakers staffs.. Overall, it is a budget hotels with satisfying hospitality

I've been booking rooms here since 2017, and last july 06 I was disappointed. My partner and I encountered a guard (mr Rufino) who thinks highly of himself. He never treated us with respect for our car and we are not the owner of the hotel. Oh, yes, the owners have the right to park on the wall near the entrance / exit even though I'm in danger and say goodbye because we just need to check in (that's just my entrance) and obviously if you're in danger. How parking is full so how can we check in non. We're still a roadtrip and tired. Then underground parking is there and there is space beside wall that is in the entrance / exit (but I do not block the entrance / exit). I need to fight for the purpose and I did. In the end, he gave us a spot but he asked me to turn off the car's engine to smash it ("highness" or "highness" and hello to do nothing but "please / paki" and after I was off " thank you "). Well, sir, do you choose a person who respects?

This hotel is really okay. It's near 711 stores and is very accessible to others landmarks and sites in the city. The staff has also been very accommodating specially when we needed to leave our luggage for our Samal trip. Staying here has been the best decision and it made our trip easier and more convenient.

The location is perfect, very accessible and walking-distance to poblacion. The room was clean, smelling good and really spacious! The aircon was really cold! the bathroom was clean as well and the toilet flush is working properly. no hard time in using hot shower! they provide soaps and shampoo. the TV has a lot of entertaining channels! we booked 2 nights but we did not consume the entire 2 days since we have a flight back to manila at the night of day 1. it was really BITIN, we want to stay longer here! we highly recommend this place!
