My friend and I arrived in this Inn early morning, when we were at the front desk we overheard that there's no water on that morning yet so we said it's ok since for that morning only. When we arrived in the afternoon after roaming the town they still have no water! It's a freakin hassle, the water is ice cold. What they did was they gave us two gallons of water and a manual electric heater. We're really disappointed with the rooms as well, it's different from what's been posted in their facebook page. It's not spacious, no water, the rooms aren't that clean, everything's rusty. It's not relaxing unlike those other inns (smaller ones are even better than this one). So what we did we looked for another place to stay near the area, we refunded the payment for the second night and good thing they did, the guy in the front desk even said that "hindi kasi nila sinabi sa inyo" (they did not tell you the truth).. What he's saying is that they don't have water, the water pump's been "broken" and no water's being delivered to rooms bathrooms for use.. Sheez..what a hassle... :(

So-so hotel.
First: Check-in. We arrived at the hotel at around 5:30 AM. We had already reserved our room beforehand so there was no problem with the check-in. Second: The room. Our reservation was for six persons at the 5th floor. There were two queen-size beds and two single beds - there was not much space inside the room, just enough to walk around in-between the beds. There was a closet (no hangers), two TVs (we didn't bother using them), and a private bathroom. No aircon and electric fans, which we assumed was because the hotel is in Baguio. The room itself was clean, so to say. The bed sheets and pillows were clean too, but I took note that there was a stain in one of the beds, probably unwashable. The bathroom was not so pleasant. The faucet for the shower indicated that you could choose hot or cold, but it didn't work - we had to request for an electric heater. Also, the water flow was not 24/7. There was no water from late evening (around 10PM) to morning (8AM). Though I do not know if that was a water restriction in the city itself or if it was indeed a limited supply for the hotel. Third: The amenities. No breakfast included in our reservation. No wi-fi in the room, but my friend said that there was wi-fi in the lobby (which we didn't bother checking out). There's a function hall in the 4th floor. The rooms are on the 3rd and 5th floors. I would recommend this hotel if you only needed a place to sleep. The air is cold in Baguio, but I found that around 10AM onward you would feel the heat, so not having any aircon or electric fan was unpleasant. We had to open almost all of the windows to let the air in. The price is fair for the accommodation.
