Would have been nice to have bottled water available in the room. Otherwise, it is a nice stay.

Everything was wonderful

It was okay. Easy access to all areas ! Kind staff.

The staff is really accommodating, and I like how clean the room is. What I like best is how convenient the mall's connecting floor is for us. Overall i love the place.

Check in was pleasant. Jewel is the receptionist who helped me. She was pleasant, welcoming and friendly. After that everything went downhill. The room was spacious but you can see it needs to be updated. Carpet was old and needs some thorough cleaning. There were some service incidents that was really bad. Simple request that initially got a "NO" response. Housekeeping needs some service improvement & checking. Like carpet was not vacuum after the room was supposed to be cleaned. Pantry area (Coffee machine, bottled water) were left the same way when we left in the morning. Overall not coming back to this hotel.

manager did not allow people to check in until 3pm even if there was a long line of people waiting to check in.

Tried check early check in @ 2:30pm but the rooms still wasn't ready. Despite requesting 1 week early to book the 7 rooms together, we were still assigned rooms on 3 different floors which wouldn't have been an issue except for the fact that your key card can only open your assigned floor. One of the rooms we were assigned wasn't even ready so we had to call and get that resolved. Staff at the front desk (Jewel) was very personable. Even the housekeeping staff was helpful in trying to get that last room ready. One of our rooms had some ac issues so had to call regarding that as well. Little things like ensuring the toiletry bottles was refilled & having 2 bath robes is sort of basic but was missed. 2 of the rooms was upgraded( one of them was the room that wasn't ready). Manager extended late check-out to make up for all the issues encountered.

The buffet breakfast was awesome. Nice to have Robinson Mall attached to the hotel. Staff provided excellent service and always with a smile.

Decent standard, spacious and comfortable room

Our entire family suffered from allergies from this hotel. We had 4 rooms. All of us suffered from the poor air quality, likely mold from the ducts. Hotel is outdated and while staff tried hard to please, this place needs an overhaul. Good proximity to transportation and malls, though.

We have booked with Holiday Inn Galleria for almost 5 years every Holy week and Christmas Holiday. We like the service given to us by the housekeeping crew whenever we request cleaning and items such as water, tissues, towels, etc. We also like the breakfast buffet and the attentive service of the staff. Breakfast was excellent.

I needed accommodations that was convently near shops, groceries and restaurants while I was attending a training workshop. Transportation was accessible and available 24 / 7.

Staff was amazing. They're the redeeming factor of the place. Rooms were nice but not well-kept. Needa more cleaning and update. Even just the squeaky heavy doors can do some oiling.

Very convenient, close to shops and transport

Two bedroom suite was outstanding. Plenty of room and loved the windows. Needed another room a week later but all booked up. I had to book elsewhere, going to be hard to surpass our stay here.

Overall excellent stay, no issues, recommend to anyone. Except for one thing, their breakfast, just seems so uncoordinated and not managed well. Open at 6 and I show up at 615am, they're mopping the floor, no eggs in the pot, no one at the omelette station, food is cold, servers are hanging around together. 6am open means be ready for customets not starting your shift. This was multiple days not just once. Still had choices but it was just very disappointing. Excluding that, the hotel is excellent.

Even though my stay was short, the room was good and the staff were pleasant and accommodating.
