The receptionist had no smile at all. No amenities in the room. As long as we are staying the bathroom is never cleaned only the bed is cleaned.

Hop Inn Hotel Ermita Manila has a total of 168 thoughtfully designed rooms which are categorized into three different room types: the Standard Twin Room, the Standard Double Room, and the Double Room with Seaview. Every room is measured at 16 square meters. All rooms come fully furnished with amenities such as an air conditioning unit, a flat-screen television with cable channels, a safety deposit box, a work desk, and a seating area. The en suite bathroom comes with a full set of toiletries, a hairdryer, and a shower with adjustable water temperature. Daily housekeeping is provided for all rooms. WiFi is accessible in all private and public areas within the hotel and comes free of charge.
