The service is okay. Good!...
After I checked out. The worst thing I should wait for 15 minutes. Cause they have to check all the room first. Hate it that I have to wait so long.
- Backpacking
A lot of banging of the doors Non-stop Vehicle’s horns Toilet door doesn't fit right, had a hard time opening it.
- Backpacking
Enjoyed, comfy and good customer service.
Traffic sound from outside so noisy. I can't took a rest well. No refrigerator in lowest fare room.
- Romantic Vacation
No phone in the room. Water not available on graveyard hours.
- Business travel
The noise from the cars and trucks from the street can be heard in the room (10th floor). It was very very difficult to sleep.
- Business travel
Staff are accommodating. Hotel is new and fresh. No food available. Only 2 room options 1 single queen size and double sharing. City noise may be a challenge if you are looking to have a goodnight rest - ask for rooms on the left side of the building/or choose double sharing over 1 single queen size bed. Internet is blazing fast near the door of your room.
- Backpacking
Room is very clean. Bathroom is very clean. WiFi is fast. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Location is very convenient and very close to anything you would need. Parking is limited. I suggest to secure parking immediately and just walk around if you need to buy or eat. Bed is not too comfortable. It was kind of hard but still okay. Only negative I can say is that it’s too noisy. You can hear endless horns of cars and jeepneys even in the middle of the night. My partner was not able to sleep well at all. I would rate this 8 but I have to rate it at 6 because of the noise. Overall, the hotel was great and very affordable. Definitely recommending this for backpackers and to people who need to stay for a short period of time only.
My stay was comfortable and convenient. Hotel are clean and new, maybe in the future they can add toiletries and slipper

Budget hotel experience
Searched this hotel through the internet and saw the pictures which showed clean rooms, looked new and very affordable and so we booked to stay here for one night because it seemed near to the place of meeting we were to attend. On our arrival, the guard was courteous enough and helped us with our things. The front desk staff gladly accomodated us and looked into our reservation. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and so we were informed that we are to pay additional 500 pesos for our early check-in. We agreed and so he prepared our SOA. I was just surprised that the extra 500 pesos was not reflected in the receipt that we paid. I can say that the room was just commensurate with the price we paid (about 1500-2000P: for your info) and most importantly it had clean towels, bathroom, room with comfortable bed and sheets and pillows, though it was just a small room with 2 separate beds. There was also complementary bottled water for 2, unlike other budget hotels. They also provided clean, new hangers and hair dryer, with new and functional television. I compared it to Go Inn hotel as the space was just comparable, with comparable cleanliness and comfortable sheets and clean towels. Overall, good and wise choice for budget hotels.

The Hotel with the worst services and filthiest towels
Yeah I said it. Not only they have the worst services I've encountered, they have no regards to guests personal belongings, plus have the filthiest/dirty towels! Yes its budget-friendly and cheap - poor security, door with poor lock, and not sound proof.

Comfy and Convenient
Upon arrival, we were greeted with a smile by their front desk. The room was clean and so as the bathroom. the only thing that I’ve notice is that there’s no refrigerator, maybe a mini ref will do and the pillow was too soft/thin. other than, everything is good. Convenient to restaurants, there’s a nearby supermarket and there’s an open space where u can eat while watching and listening to the music.

One if the best budget accommodations in Makati!
Family stayed for a night - the twin room is spacious as compared to other budget hotels. Basic amenities such as liquid soap and towels are offered. The washroom is neat and clean. The aircon is right for the room-size at its able to cool the space quickly. The building is relatively brand new as its newly built. Parking is limited (basement and in front of the hotel). When using your car quite tricky going there so suggest using waze. The staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Noise from the traffic is tolerable but suggest to get higher floors if easily disturbed by any sound. Overall good experience!

New budget hotel in Makati
If you are familiar with Tune Hotel, then this hotel is almost the same. Same style of room, bathroom, even same toiletries. I prefer this hotel over Tune since the room and bathroom are slightly bigger thus more space to move Price is good as well If you are faced with the dilemma of choosing between these 2 hotels, just get the cheaper one.
