Clean, comfy, near malls, restaurants, attractions. And in all fairness, the items in their mini bar (snacks and beverages) are not over priced! We'll definitely go back here!

Checking in and out was a smooth and easy process. The customer service there was also very excellent. The bathroom wasn’t as clean or in well condition as I thought it would be. The door to the shower opened inward so the only way you could get out smoothly was squeezing yourself to the other side of the shower. The shower also had a bit of mold/dirt. This made me want to wear my slippers in the shower. Overall, the stay was nice and worth it for the price we paid.

The staff was awesome!!! We stayed here our last night but wish we had stayed a few more nights.
Even though the room had a little wear it was still sooo comfortable and very pleasant and quiet.
I'll definitely book a room here again.

Everything I needed for 1 night. 10 min walk to Mall of Asia. Aircon was already on when I entered the room which I really liked. Clean and everything worked. Security coming in to the hotel and security in the elevator was always comforting

It’s all about the housekeeping. When we check out one piece of towel missing so we waited for an hour to clarify things. After investigating, they found out that the housekeeping gave us 4 towels instead of 5.
