We stayed for 3 nights in an executive suites, the room was very spacious for the three of us, it has a dining, living area and one bed room with king size bed and two toilet and bath with bathtub the windows are big. My daughter love the room she gets to run around, it has also two television one in the living room and in our bedroom, my daughter get to watch cartoons and me in the other room. About the food, it is a breakfast buffet all the food are delicious and different menu everyday. The only problem that I encounter and that I will suggest to all if you book not directly from the hotel you need to bring a print copy of your hotel voucher, it irritates me because we arrive about 6pm and we all very tired the front desk insist to give them copy of my hotel voucher. But the whole experience was a good and worth it.
Thanks for the great experience. 'Till next time.
Good rooms and good ambience and value for money
Our stay was great. The room was nice even though there was no air con because Baguio is a cold place. The food was sumptuous.
Location is excellent. It's just a short walking distance from The Mansion and Good Shepherd. The rooms are cozy, comfy and relatively clean. The toilet bowl though could have needed more scrubbing when we arrived. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Noticed too that nobody picks up the housekeeping phone and I've had to resort to calling the front desk, who are very quick to respond, all the time during our stay. Breakfast buffet offers adequate selection but could improve on their baked bread choices as well as freshness, not to mention the spreads. Love their champorado and their tinolang manok. Both taste homey. Tip to future guests: the hotel charges extra for additional bottled water and soap.
We really enjoyed our stay at hotel elizabeth since we are able to escape the busy vibe of Manila. It was just a few minutes away from some of Baguio's famous tourist spots and the staffs are all smiles and they will always greet you or offer help. The only thing that we noticed is that there is no bidet in the bathroom and the heater does not work during morning (mostly on weekends) probably because a lot of guests are taking a bath all at the same time.
Me and my family had a wonderful stay. Clean, very relaxing. The staff are accommodating.
Very affordable, great location. Limited breakfast options but all delicious. :) will book here again.
The place is extraordinary. I will surely recommend to my friends.

We only stayed there for less than 12 hours but those hours were comfortable and memorable It's near Mines View, and though on a busy street and our room was on that side, we hardly heard the noise. The view from the balcony was super and since we were a large group, we were able to talk to each other while on the balcony. The beds were queen size, and had two pillows each! Nice! The bathroom was sized just right. You could even say it was on the large side as there was plenty of room to move around in. The breakfast was a buffet. There wan't much to choose from but each viand was delicious. I definitely was satisfied.

Disappointed with slow service
Stayed November 13, 2017. Booked 2 deluxe rooms. Requested and paid for an additional bed upon check-in. After numerous follow-ups from afternoon to evening, Finally at 9pm hotel staff brought the extra bed. I don't know if it's hotel policy to set-up an extra bed just in time when guests are about to sleep at night. Toilets has no bidet. Just request for extra toilet papers. Rooms comes with free breakfast for 2 adults. If you brought kids with you, you need to pay for their breakfasts. On a positive note, the rooms are clean. Food served is delicious.

Penthouse room is the best
We arrived earlier around 12nn. Their check in was at 2pm and they allowed us to check in at 12nn. We got the best price for our room 20% off from Agoda which originally cost P8,200 a night. The room has a back balcony and front big viewdeck with an amazing view. Room with 1 queen size bed and loft with 1 queen size bed. Wifi connection good to average consudering the room is at the top floor. Toiletries are complete including toothbrushes and face and bath towels. The cabinet has a metal safe. Overall the room is great and cold due to the wind coming from the balcony. No need for airconditioning around Oct to Feb. Service is great. We called for additional toilet papers and it was there in 2 min. Buffet Breakfast has many varieties and delicious serves from 8am to 10am. The only downside that i can say is that their bathroom is small. I would really recommend this hotel but better book through Agoda to get the best price.

Sadly only 3 stars for us
Its the first I or we gave a hotel such points. Here's why Check in We checked in late, 9.45pm to be exact, due to landslide so I tried to call but the phone kept ringing and ringing and nobody answered so I sent an email, again nobody replied. I then logged in my booking.com account where they finally replied. after several times I tried to contact them personally, booking.com confirmed it our request to check in late. At the hotel, we apologized for the late arrival and the receptionist was a little bit annoyed because of it. Room Room was very spacious, they had everything we needed but it's a little old fashioned. At night you can hear people outside talking and the dogs were barking, i guess it was a dog from the neighbors, my boyfriend couldn't sleep at all. The bathroom was dirty, in my eyes, there was hair on the floor, the wash basin wasn't really cleaned and the some of the tiles were broken. Restaurant Breakfast buffet was okay, very decent. That typical warm Filipino cusine, cerelas, sweet fruits and bread plus point, they served a green detox smoothie :) The staff Well all of them very friendly and accommodating, yes even the receptionist on the check in. Some staff are new, we noticed it when we ordered some drinks at the bar, they still didn't know how to do it but that's alright, they admitted it and did their best so we understand that. We had a nice chat with them. To Giejay, he makes a very good impression. The fitness gym It's quite simple but it looks like it hasn't been used for a while. The products are from the 00's and the room smells like old furniture. WiFi was very slow. It disconnected us a few times. The hotel in all is nice, we love the Mediterranean style but not everything is what we expected. Michael and Jasmin from Germany

Snazzy and Cozy Weekend Stay
We stayed in Hotel Elizabeth from Oct 14-16, 2017. Check in was smooth. We were given room 308. Unfortunately, this room has an obstructed view and the balcony door is stuck. We called maintenance on our first night and was told that the door is misaligned and they need to look into it tomorrow because they need access to the other balcony to repair it. It never happened! We didn't follow up anymore since we are pretty much out the whole day and we both think it has been that way for quite some time already. On the positive side, room and bathroom are clean. The only downside is there is no bidet. Wifi is stronger in the lobby however signal strength in the room is decent as well. Buffet breakfast is splendid (starts at 7am).Staff is commendable. Front desk people, waiters, and security guards are all courteous and very helpful. They are always ready to assist. Parking is available for their guests. If you didn't bring a car, their guards can call a cab for you. We love the location! 10 minutes drive to session road. Wright park is walking distance. Mines View & Good Shepherd are 3- 5 minutes drive! It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the smell of pine trees in the morning + the chilly weather makes it all worthwhile.
