The staff are not helpful even for a simple favor like an extra towel. Garbage bins are not organized. We asked them to get our trash and they said we put it outside our bins and they will pick it up. But before we check out around 12nn that 's the only time they pick up. Very stinky in the hallway. Toilet bowl has too many yellow stains. There 's a TV but no remote control. We asked many times to request it but they just ignored us.

I booked this hotel because my family and I needed a place to stay in Angeles city while we take care of an emergent family business. I chose this hotel because it’s budget friendly and seemed decent based on the photos and reviews here on Traveloka app. With the COVID-19 pandemic going on, you would think this hotel would pay extra attention to cleaning and disinfecting their bedrooms for their hotel guests. But staying at this hotel proved us wrong! We found 4 USED TOWELS hanging inside the cabinet probably from the guests that stayed in the room before us. Unfortunately I didn’t get to take pictures of this because I was extremely upset and threw them in the hallway outside my bedroom as soon as I found them. Can you imagine, do you think room services really clean and disinfect the bedrooms if they neglected to thoroughly check the room for used personal items? And this happened even after I heard the receptionist of the hotel confirm with room services if my room was clean and ready upon checking in. Aside from the used towels we found in the cabinet. The bedroom is infested with small roaches. Yes! You read that correct! COCKROACHES! We even found mosquitoes in the bedroom... (And yes, I have mosquito bites all over my legs when I woke up the next morning) 🤦🏻‍♂️😒👎🏻 I know these next few things I will be mentioning are minor compared to the ones above, but I feel it’s worth noting: When I first walked into the bedroom, there were strands of hairs throughout the bedroom and the bathroom. This plus the used towels we found just proves that cleaning services DO NOT pay close attention when it comes to cleaning. Also, bedroom was horrendously outdated, which would’ve been okay considering the price I paid for the stay, but the towels, roaches, mosquitoes, and dirty floors tells me otherwise. With the pandemic going on, I extremely discourage potential guests from staying at this hotel. With their failure to properly clean and even disinfect their bedrooms, I can assure you this is a good place to pick up the virus.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. However, when it comes to the amenities, they don't have hot showers. The lights are also very dimmed. They could at least improve on that. But all-in-all, the stay was great! Will come back again.

Surely will stay again. Affordable.

Hot water is not working. Customer service is poor.
