Romantic Vacation
Friendly staff, has an elevator, live the breakfast buffet. When you ride a taxi the guard gives you info about the taxi for security purposes.

The room I saw online versus the actual one not the same. That's why I got it for I thought me & my 3 kids will be ok. For we always in your hotel family room, but online its fully booked and even on the day we arrived. We still got the room putting one extra single bed in the middle. Sorry we didn't take pictures for my kids don't feel having it. It's ok we had a good overnight sleep.๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ

The lobby was nice and the staff were good too. The only thing that I did not like was the bathroom, the toilet flush was broken and no pail nor dipper to help me with so, I opened the top part of the toilet to manually pull the flush lever and the toilet cover for the flush was made of plastered wood it might have had a broken original cover. The tiles were grimy and the smell had a stench. The food for breakfast was plentiful and average taste.

Good location but service was not that good. The TV and phone was not working. No doormats provided. The room was for 2 but only 1 outlet for us to charge our phone. We arrived at around 8pm and i was really in need of a flat iron or pressing service since my appointment was early AM the next day but they didn't have any explaining that the service already closed. So had no choice but wore my wrinkled business attire

Family vacation
Staff is always helpful and friendly. The breakfast is fantastic goes beyond what I expect from a budget hotel. My wife and I always stay their when in the city.

We had a fine stay at this hotel. Only that.. they donโt have a large bed instead of 2 twin beds.. The rooms are not soundproof. Breakfast was great. Reasonable for its price.

No phone. Receptionist told us to "dial 0 if you need anything". When we get to the room there was no phone/unit. I went back to the receptionist "it's under repair mam" "okay if it's under repair, where's the phone, i mean the unit?" "there's a phone in the hallway" Well, I cannot find one in the hallway. Have to call for assistance in using the television. Very poor quality. Personnel are quite okay. Food is quite okay for the price.

Located at the heart of Cebu, Hotel Pier Cuatro is a budget-friendly hotel catering to both leisure and business travelers. It has well-maintained rooms and impeccable facilities that make the guestsโ stay worthwhile. From the moment guests step into the hotel, they will feel the warm Cebuano hospitality right away.
The accommodations are classified into three: Standard, Deluxe, and Superior. All rooms come with two comfy beds, an air conditioner, a cable television, a table, and a desk. Each unit has a private toilet and bath with hot and cold shower. The hotel also provides each guest, regardless of the room they picked, with a complimentary buffet breakfast. WiFi can also be accessed from any point in the hotel.
Cafe Quatro, a cafeteria at the ground level of the hotel, serves local dishes from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. This is where guests go when they want delicious meals, light snacks, and refreshing beverages. On the other hand, those who want to sing their heart out over a serving of food and drinks may do so at The Mezzanine Music Lounge. It is open from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
A social hall is located on the fifth floor. Great for birthday and wedding parties, this air-conditioned venue can accommodate up to 160 guests. The seminar room on the second floor is where business guests may hold meetings and conferences. This facility can hold up to 80 participants.
Hotel Pier Cuatro is just beside Robinsons Galleria Cebu, while SM City Cebu is only 820 meters away. Must-visit museums such as Sugbo and Casa Gorordo are both within a one-kilometer radius.
