Clean room, staff were nice and accommodating. Plenty of restaurants nearby including McDonald and jollibee. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Most importantly they have distilled water. Thank you so much for the nice 4 nights we spent at your hotel.

The building is like new, clean and close to the beach and restaurants. The only issue is the shower water on the third floor is pretty slow but manageable.

I reported to a staff member that the toilet flush was not working, but unfortunately, no action was taken during my stay. This lack of attention to a reported issue was disappointing and affected my overall experience.

The property itself is good but the area is a bit chaotic due to the ongoing construction. Staff are great. My main concern is that I felt unsafe to walk through the small alley with all the trucks and workers. One time I had to squeeze myself to get into the entrance of the building because of the truck outside.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, the room was clean and airconditioned. However, the water pressure was so low. Also, we were informed that the breakfast will be from 6 am to 9 am but the staff are still sleeping at 6:30 am.

Pros: Walking distance to Alona Beach, many dining options within the vicinity
Cons: Had to pay for kids’ breakfast (not included in the complimentary breakfast), booked a family room for five but was given a standard room by mistake for the first night (transferred to family room on the following day)

대로에서 비포장 골목으로 깊이 들어가야합니다. 이어지는 길에 공사장이 있어서 불편합니다. 가장 아쉬운 점은 침대에 작은 개미가 심각하게 많다는 점입니다.
