not good enough. poor customer service

The front door is blocked by motorcycles. We have to squeeze our body through. The guard and staff are nice. The room is somewhat clean but the Aircon is leaking. The bathroom have spattered "dirt" on the wall and it is flooded after a shower.

Clean rooms, strong wifi, but that's just about it..
The rooms are clean, and has a strong wifi. but the downside is, the hallway is so noisy. staffs are constantly talking and walking up and about speaking loudly and sometimes there are staff who are using a scandalously noisy two way radio that is loudly heard inside the room. cannot rest and sleep well. as far as i know, SILENCE should be observed AT ALL TIMES in the corridors and hallways. that's the most basic rule in every hotel even if its a budget hotel.. if you have to speak, speak in a soft voice. but apparently the staffs are not aware of it or just do not observe it. as if they think they are in a marketplace or in a sports event. the sound in the other room especially the TV can also be heard in my room. the walls are made of thin wood. i think the walls should be made more sound proof at least to minimize the noise outside and from the other rooms. this is ok for short time stay if you're going to do anything other than sleep and rest, if you know what i mean. i think this hotel is made for that purpose anyway. but if you want to have a relaxing stay say 8 hours or more, and looking for a good rest and sleep, you will be disappointed.

..a star hotel with a star staff..
..on my vacation, last 2013, i arrived at the airport at around 9 pm, and finished there (immigration) at about 10 pm..i took a taxi, and supposed to bulacan, where we lived, but when we arrived at Caloocan, monumento , I've realized that it's already too late to reach there, so i decided to spent my night somewhere at monumento, but know idea to which particular hotel i will go, i just roam around, until i passed through this hotel, the guard immediately greet me, even though i am not still their yet at that moment, so......it automatically whisper into my mind, if how accommodating their staff are..so, i decided to try the hotel, and i am really surprise, even though i am just a walk-in guest, but it only took me for less than 15 mins. to wait for me to get a room, the room was not as wide as i expect, but still comfortable enough to spent time there..the room where generally clean..and its room rate is just fair enough..or should i say, really worthy to stay with, to pay with..because also of their staff, were so kind and respectful enough to their guest.. ..the location also fine enough any traveler, regardless of whom you with.. ..guest request will also delivered in a timely manner.. ..so on my 2014 vacation, used to stay there for a couple of night, and perhaps on my upcoming vacations too.. ..i recommend this hotel for a 3 star hotel on that particular area..

Just so .. so ..
Caloocan has it's own night life however I don't have the enegy to stay outside so I need some rest after a long hours of travel besides I need to visit my Auntie in Caloocan after my shift. But it is too early to knock on their door at 3:00 am. Good thing as I arrived at the Monumento Circle I saw this place. Among other hotels in the area, I've choose this hotel since this is the nearest place to get in coming from Mandaluyong. And I don't have a choice, I just need a place to stay for some time.... As I arrived their, I knew what to expect since I've stayed in caloocan for couple of years before. But to my suprise, they will looked at you like they were thinking you're gonna make some ridiculous thing inside. From the entrance going to the Front desk you will fell that way. I was charged 165 for my 3 hours stay. I can't recall too much things since I am really sleepy that time. I woke up by the sound of the phone call reminding me (the FD, maybe) that I need to wrap up my things. It's 30 minutes before my check out time. I had a good sleep however there are things I've noticed that made things bloody hell. The TV is so useless, better not to turn it on if you know local stations has already sign off or else it will lead you to somewhere else. The room is just fine and the bed is enough my height (average, not recommended for Americans or Tall people). ^_^ And it feels like they are pressing you to check out cause other occupants will use the room. But hey, I still have 20 minutes for my stay. :(( They were in a hurry to clean the room when you check out. I'll be happy about the cleanliness policy whatsoever this hotel has. However, did some of you guys check how disgusting the smell in the elevator ..? It's too awful. Next time, I'll better walk for some minutes to check availabilities nearby than to stay here. To cut things short ~ Advantages * one of the cheapest rate * comfortable bed (for me) * just a place to stay Disadvantages * not good for minors * cleanliness only in your room * you can here your noise from the next room

Gevangenis zonder daglicht en veel te klein
Het inchecken begon al problematisch. Konden eerst niets vinden.
