The hotel’s 239 spacious rooms are classified into four: Superior Room, Executive Suite, Presidential Suite (Harold M. Clark), and Presidential Suite (John M. Stotsenberg). The first type has a walk-in closet and a toilet, while the other three room types have a living room, a dining room, an anteroom, a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a toilet.
In-room amenities include an air conditioner, a cable television, a refrigerator, and a safe. All bathrooms have a tub as well as hot and cold showers. WiFi can be easily accessed from any unit in the hotel.
There are four dining options in the property. Stots Grill serves sumptuous dishes while the Hacienda Lounge is the go-to dining place for pastry lovers. Sports lovers will surely enjoy the activities at Bleu Bar, while those who want to sing their heart out may do so at Sbar.

We booked the Executive Suite, bed is a bit smaller than I expected for a suite but comfy enough. Though the restroom is a bit old and needs more cleaning or an upgrade instead. Elevator is quite scary. But over all we had a great stay.

Loads of entertainment for the whole family. The staff were very nice. the room is huge. however, the rug was stinky. Overall, the we had a fun filled stay at stotsenberg.

Staffs are not accommodating. They did not help us to bring my clients things upon checking, no one assists my client. They are not used of greeting clients / customers. My client did not enjoy the amenities like: Pool: it says that opening will be 7am, but they opened it at 8:30am Ball, for basketball has no air, the client asked if they can use the basketball court but they didn't inform my clients back.

It was ok for a short vacation with family but it is more suited for conferences. A little maintenance in the area is needed especially in the comfort room in the room where we stayed. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
