The room assigned to us has no hot water. No complimentary water, no shampoo, towels are very old. Bed frame is very poor or weak, telephone is not working, there is no working table, they have but not ideal to work, no chair. Lighting system is very poor, not ideal for business travel. Though the place is accessible to city proper. The hotel 3 star in category but is not really a 3 star.
The water was so dirty I did not even use it to take a bath and even brush my teeth. Literally it was close to black as I was using a white cup so I could if it was clean or not.
Just fine if you're passing by the city and needed a place to sleep. WiFi though is a bit weak.
Center of the city. Cheap. Clean. Accommodating.
It was great. It's easy to go to any point of our itinerary. It's the best location and the rate is not so expensive.
Quite comfortable! Great hotel for backpackers!
Nothing's special. Good enough that it is the only hotel I know in the middle of the city. Wifi isn't working well, can even browse. There was something wrong with the air-con, producing water running through the wall down the floor, I had to call the technician and he was able to have it fixed immediately.
Exactly in the center of the city. Clean hotel. Very accommodating staff. Perfect for backpackers, so comfortable!
Recommended budget hotel in Davao. Neat room, friendly staff, strategically located.
Accessible location to some place, like food courts, store, malls, banks. Good value for money.

Good location
Good location and jumping point for shopping downtown or at the malls. Only complaint is the dim lighting in the room and the hot water in the shower was not really hot or like lukewarm... Otherwise the accommodations was completely fine. Had the Filipino breakfast. Really loved the cucumber juice... Staff was helping in giving advice what jeep to ride to get around town.... Banks/atm are in front and beside the hotel including a 7/eleven...

Quite old but good for “budgetarian”
The location is the best thing for this hotel. It’s un the heart of the city so it’s very accessible. The building as well as overall amenities are already old and needs maintenance. The room is quite big for two and the restroom is quite nice. The towel looked rugs already so you will hesitate using them.

Good Budget Hotel for Family
We took the Non Aircon room (Family of three) with our 5-year old kid in tow. It was the best decision we made during our trip. We were able to save up on room accommodation and have more to spend on attractions and food. The downside to this room however, is the common Bathroom and Restroom but it was not a problem to us because we are not around for the rest of the day. We are already tired when we reach the hotel. There are series of bathroom, around four of them. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Good for budget travelers like us. This hotel is also very near attractions in the city proper, near food stalls and restaurants. Good for business travel too. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice one!
I just had 2 nights in their hotel. It was wonderful. I had a very fast wifi and encountered with a very nice staff too. The restaurant service is so fast more than i expected...I really enjoyed my stay there. I had a budget single room , and it was fine but the faucet in the bathroom did not work... but it's ok. They place of the aircon also, at night it goes directely to my face, I do not know for the other room but i had to stop the aircon at night. But it was fine anyway. I will be back very soon. Thank you all!!!

Came back here to stay here in Davao City
During my first time coming to Davao City I stayed here and I like the location as it is in the center of the city where almost every places like the Peoples Park, City Hall, Roxas Night Market and even GT Mall is walking distance. Nice room with elevator, hot and cold, wifi and good service, Hotel Uno for me is nice place to stay. Oh, it also a bit affordable. Although it is a bit old hotel still the location and the place feels safe and along the road where you can hail jeepneys and taxis anytime.
