It would be nice to have extra staff who could immediately pick up plates/food utensils left on floor outside of rooms by guests. Garden view would be nice to have on both sides of the hotel. Garbage collection site should have a covered area so guests can’t see them from their windows.

Always check the weather forecast before your trip.

Check-in and check out was very efficient. Room, especially the bathroom, has not been cleaned very well. Toilet seat was broken! Had to request further cleaning. Had an executive room which overlooked a storage area! Couldn’t get the TV to work at all. It had some very strange system that required internet log in and passwords! Gave up in the end! Breakfast was very basic! And at 240php per head was extortionate! Just 3 items and rice! Nothing to suit western tastes at all. Ate breakfast in McDonalds up the road! Plenty of on-site parking. About 5 minute drive to Robinsons mall.
