First time we went there it was over all satisfaction but this second time, I was disappointed. I had an online interview I was preparing for. Turns out the room they picked out didn't have internet access. We tried to complain at the front desk but their only answer is to try again. The cable was also not working and we had to fix it ourselves because when we called the reception and they had someone came over, that someone didn't fix it.

Friendly and accommodating staffs. Nice place. Buffet breakfast is okay but I suggest that they provide more alternatives but overall we enjoyed our stay! Will be staying here again.

Place has a unique overall theme (like, well, other Icon Hotels) but this particular one lacks and severely needs proper maintenance (or new management, whichever fixes things) especially for their rooms. We also had the unfortunate luck of booking at the same time the entire place was packed for a seminar, so service was a bit slow on those dates—which is reasonable enough but it would have been better if they had done a better job at ensuring the comfort of the other guests (/non-participants) despite being fully booked. Thankfully, the rest of our stay was fine after the event had passed.

Terrible service. My friend reserved and paid the room, but only when they got there the attendant cleaned their room. It took them 45 mins to wait. They also have to wait long for parking. WHAT A SHAME! BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL

Good staff, Poor Facility and Amenities
I've stayed here with my wife because she wanted to have a short staycation and swim. Got disappointed with the pool, no wonder that room was empty. Jacuzzi wasnt running and even the sauna and steam bath was in need of repair or maintenance. The room we stayed at also is pretty basic. Bathroom is small, they only have 3 pillows which are not comfortable as well. The comforter is not even a comforter, it is a bed sheet put on top of the original sheet. No view at all even though it is on the 6th floor and we even requested that on the booking itself. Breakfast was a disappointment too. Not too many choices on their buffet. I love the eggs, though i could make that at home too. If you need a stay for the night, this hotel would do. But if you're looking for something else, then dont book here.

Internationals beware
This hotel was my first impression of Manila & the Philippines. Sadly, there's some making up to do. First, the room. When I walked in, the porter was very kind and set up the television and air con. Yet, looking around, the lighting was yellowy-and-pasty. The window faced a cement wall, so there was no view. At all. I had no idea what time was, ever. And the shower-water was always tepid at best, though I preferred ice cold water for the showers. But for me, the crux of the matter was what happened at the end of my time in Manila. The moment I checked into the hotel, I asked for a shuttle back to the airport in two day's time. They told me that the best they had was not a shuttle (which was advertised) but rather, they would book me a taxi. So that is what I had asked for. The next evening, the evening before I left, I asked the front desk how much the taxi would cost. They told me a price range and said, "we'll see you at 6:30 tomorrow morning." Tomorrow morning came, and I had approached the desk the check out and asked about the taxi. Since it was 6:15, I was told to get breakfast and that "We'll get you when it arrives." By 7:10, it hadn't arrived. Approaching the desk, I asked them about the taxi, and the poor woman at the desk--her face blanched. They didn't book me a taxi. So I said, "my flight takes off in two hours. Today is Monday and we're in the middle of QC. I wish it wasn't this way." Within two minutes my taxi had arrived. I was thankful for the taxi. Yet the stresses caused by this story is unnecessary. Overall, my experience with Icon was rather poor. The room was unwelcoming and humid, and the desk was irresponsible. I really wish my experience with Icon wasn't this way. I don't know if I will ever willingly visit Manila again

As expected...
Flew to Manila for personal matter and decided to stay at ICON timog for two.nights before I head to pampanga. Pictures looks great. Best way to communicate to customers. Service is normal at.check in. They requested me to screenshot my.booking online and email to them.....that's a first!!!! I find it comical as I asked the front desk why since they had me on their record. The lady responded "your suppose to print it when you book it". I wasn't upset as its not.her fault to respond or ask.me to email to them....its her management who trains her or its just their hotel policy. Nevertheless, check in was bland. The challenge was looking for your room in your floor that your assigned..the room number directional is so complicated that who ever.designed it.forgot that there's real travels out there who just wants to get into their room and not have to walk around the whole floor. The next morning, I ate breakfast as it was.offered with my reservation.....nowhere to sit so I sat myself at the lobby. I sat there while I wait for my omelet to be cooked.....unfortunately I had two.servings of juice and finished my breakfast and I did not see my omelet. As I.brought my own plate back at the dining area, the cook rushed to me with the omelet. I had to turn it down as I was done eating...... Decided to write a review even though I was staying one more night and was planning to add another night. I figured I stopped expecting much from this motel. On a positive note, the motel is very accessible to taxi, uber, grab, etc.. and is surrounded by good restaurants and entertainment.
