I booked for a room for a night only just to stay up and was been said according to their website it has a free access to wifi connection but sadly no wifi for the entire hotel. I moved to a different room for the AC was not functional and there were leaks on the toilet floor such major setbacks should be taken into consideration in a top most priority i've been so unsatisfied

The staff is accommodating. The room looks exactly like what is in the picture. There are towels and soap in the room too. The aircon was so loud to the point that we had to shut it down just to sleep. The hotel's location is close to the boats.

I'm really disappointed with this Inn. Their Bathroom is so dirty! Check my pics. It seems like they are not cleaning their bathroom. It's stated on the booking that there is a "free wifi", yes there was. However it is only on their Lobby and it's not accessible on their rooms. Cable Tv and Aircon are working fine though. But overall It's not worth it to stay here. Good thing I only stay here for 9 hrs just to sleep and take a bath.

This hotel is great for backpackers who check in late and in short notice. They even waived off 100 from the incidental deposit as it was late and inconvenient to head on to a cash machine. the single room was reasonably clean. Free amenity includes a soap bar and roll of bathroom paper. AC and bathroom exhaust are strong and good enough to supplement the reasonable lack of open ventilation due to the budget single room's location. The staff is golden - very professional and accommodating.

It was pretty decent. I got what I expected from a budget inn. The room has a cr, a double sized bed, tv with cable, ac unit and open cabinet where you can hang your clothes. I think what's lacking was an exhaust fan for the cr. The room has no windows and the ventilation and air circulation was quite poor. The smell from the cr and the old foam from the bed was quite noticeable. I have sensitive sense of smell so I guess this was a big factor of comfort to me. But overall, this was a decent stay.

The bathroom is full of soap scum, the bathroom mirror is dirty, the shower is barely functioning, the telephone in the room does not work, so you have to go down to the concierge for requests, no wifi in room, only at concierge, room is clean but so-so. I can find very much nicer hotels in iloilo for the same or lower rate.

It was so bad. The size of the bed and the tv is fine. But the bed sheets and blankets are very dirty and hair strands from previous occupant. There are blood stains on the bed sheet too. That’s just very unhygienic. The washroom is very small, the shower is not working properly and very dirty. The toilet flush is not working. And the worst? There are ants in the bathroom sink. It was so gross. Don't even think to go there just because it is cheap!
