Big, spacious and clean room. Great food especially the pork binagoongan and bangus belly na sinigang sa miso. My kid enjoyed their place very much.

It was stormy when where there in August, the cable signal and the electricity had been cut several times maybe due to the bad weather. But the place is so beautiful. There were also a lot of monkeys roaming around freely
A quiet place to relax and enjoy the view of the subic bay.
It was good except the fact that there was a team building so the noise pissed me off.
Overall is okay. Need to update the house rules. It says there that breakfast is 6 to 10 am. So we woke up early, when we we're in the restaurant, we were 8 persons, that's the only time they inform us that breakfast will start at 7am.
rooms were very clean and maintained.
Everything was great except food selection. Must improve it

Very good room, it was spacious and also clean. Overall we had an enjoyable time at Kamana.
We liked Kamana, very peaceful place and relaxing. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Will definitely return to here again.
The room we stayed was very nice and clean, comes with comfy bed and pillow and the AC was also worked fine.

Holiday Getaway
1. Ask for the Casitas. It's an elevated cottage in the water. 2. There are only two towels per room. Be sure to ask for more before going to your room. 3. 130 per bottle of beer. Get the bucket for 400 pesos. 4. High tide in the morning. 5. Buy acqua shoes before heading to the beach. Only 400 pesos at Trinoma. The beach is rocky. 6. Spacious rooms compared to other similarly priced hotels. 7. There is a basketball court in the parking lot. 8. Smoking place is beside the parking lot. 9. Watch out for the monkeys in the parking lot.

My family and I decided to have a staycation in this so-called 5 star resort last June 2017. On the night of our stay my sister had an in-room massage for supposedly an hour with a masseu that is not even an in-house but rather on-call free lance basis. After she rushinly left, my bvlgari ring band cost 100k just dissapeared right before our eyes. When we called for hotel management help, no assistsnce was given. In fact we had to call for the police personally ourselves 2am in the morning. No surveillance camera whatsoever covered our room they had 2 on each floor that doesnt cover the entire floor. No fire plan on every room. No lifeguards on duty. Its located in a very discreet location. Its very dissapointing to even have chosen this place whom i thought would be peaceful. Its called a spa but they don’t have a spa!!!! They offer you in-room massage from unexperienced and uncertified massue. My whole family was dragged into this traumatic experience. Please do not stay here. It’s not safe and its highly pricey for a lousy service. Room and bed sheets has mouldy smell.

Disappointed with front desk — not going back
We recently booked at Kamana Sanctuary and was immediately disappointed with the front desk. They dont go to extra care for the clients, and does not care for the choice of words used. We arrived in time for breakfast, they have a bread buffet, as we were checking in, the front desk said you cannot eat the bread buffet its for in house guests only. If we are checking in and the rooms are already prepaid for via credit card days before our check in date, are we not guests? I was iritated by her comment, we were already at the lobby and finished breakfast at around 10am, we have seen a lot of people check out from our booked room type. We requested for an early check in but they would not give us the room due to my iritation with the front desk comment, giving us the same excuse that it was still for cleaning. When 2 rooms are already done with the housekeeping. We have been booking at kamana every time we visit subic but after this trip would not go back again.

The resort hotel is in the tip of nowhere in subic bay freeport zone. The hotel is kinda nice but it very pricey for its ameneties. A loft type with nothing inside except for bed and soaps cost you 10,450 pesos for a night. You cannot bring in food from outside you will be charged for corkage fee. The room service is up to 9:15pm only. They will watch your every move like if you have visitors coming in they always assume that it will sleep in your hotel and you will be charged for 1,800 plus per person!! Their extra mattress cost 2,000 pesos! The worst thing is that this place is 30 minutes away from the subic freeport center. The road is in the middle of nowhere. Very narrow roads! Very dangerous if you get lost. If your vehicle is not reliable better yet don't go because you will be stock in the middle of the jungle! No immediate help because seldom vehicles going in or out. No celphone signal in the road so very impossible to get an urgent help! No wifi inside the room. Better make a good decision before coming here. No star for this resort hotel. Will never come here again!!! 👎👎👎

False Advertising!
We booked for 2 nights at this hotel online as they advertise as a five star resort and spa. On arrival we found the room to be dirty and not up to standard expected. when we went to the restaurant and tried to order drinks for the family out of 11 fruit drinks only 2 were available. A lot of dishes on the menu are not available which for a 5-star resort is an unacceptable and frustrating for a place for 40 minutes from town. When I booked online there was no mention of 100% corkage charge for food and drinks brought into the hotel. This would be acceptable if you had a full menu available but not with the amount of items unavailable. They do not have a spa as advertised which we were looking forward to experiencing. Although their staff are very apologetic and polite but the lack of management and supervisor at the hotel atrocious. as we have not had a relaxing 2 nights break because of the issues. I was requesting a refund for the inconvenience but the coordinator and some of the receptionists always saying that they will send my concerns to the Manager and I'll be receiving an update from the Management feedback as they asked me to write on a peace of paper of all my concerns and send to the head of Manager and they even asked for my contact details including my email account but I haven't receive any Update or Feedback from them. I advise you not to waste your money for nothing but a frustrating and a disappointing place that you barely get a mobile phone coverage and there is no WI-FI available in the rooms only the restaurant. This place might be okay with those group of company having their team building and doing their event activities in the Swimming pool and using a microphone where you were trying to relax and the coordinator even allowed them to do so - as it is very disturbing for other guests. That's why the pool is very slippery and obviously it is dirty and you can even see the moss around the side of pool tiles. There is no reception area and you need to go inside of the restaurant next to the bar to check in and check out and I find it strange and unprofessional for an expensive hotel. Remember regret is always in the end so better to think before you click and book.. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
