The staffs are friendly. Room was far from the beach. No towel provided for standard room aircon. The room is hot even though its raining and with aircon.

Excellent Customer Service
What I liked about this resort is they take intiative in everything. You dont have to text or call them to pick you up on the port. They will text you and ask you what time you will be arriving. The room’s price is cheap but the room is clean and they clean your romm without you knowing but the good thing is nothing is lost or stolen. The restaurant staff is nice and smiles and greets you all the time. Maybe a bit downside with the serving of the food but I don’t have problem with that. The place is relaxing especially the beach. I love to go back here.

You get what you paid for
We arrived 10 am , upon check in the lady in the counter is asking me if I have reservation and I told her I do have. She checked my name and indeed we have reservation. To my surprise she is asking for payment which I already paid via bank transfer and they acknowledge my payment on the same date I made the transfer. She apologized later. Manong guard help us to our room and we we're impressed on rooms we passed by unfortunately when we arrived to our room my world fell apart. The room are full of ants 🐜 🐜 🐜 🐜 and a dead bug. No TV 📺, AC was already old due for replacement no generator. We experienced multiple power failure , middle of the afternoon, morning and middle of the night. During check out we were informed they can not accommodate us to their free shuttle service since the van already full and told them I was the first one to make reservation a day before our check out date, they don't follow first come first serve rule. We barely made to the port and bus going back to Cebu city.

Went to Bantayan Island Last week for a mini vacation with my friend and stayed at Kota Beach Resort. Reservation: They do not have OTA (Online travel Agency) to accommodate online reservation so you better call their office several times to book a reservation. Note: They are not 24/7 just like other resorts. they close too early and open too late. Accommodation: We stayed at a Standard room for 950php since it is the only available room they have. Room is decent but the bed is too small for a queen size bed. WIFI is only available at their restaurant area. No TV obviously but the Bathroom is surprisingly clean. The next day we upgraded our room to a Deluxe worth 2,100php to have better sleeping experience. The room is nice and neat with a Japanese theme, the bathroom is nice but the same size with a standard room however the sliding door must be fixed asap, you can be trapped inside if you don't have any company inside the room. Food: Food is expensive as expected but it taste good. The only minus points are the big flies that keep on touching our food. I hope the management can do something about it. Serving time is passable. Serving staffs are friendly and always smiling. Security and Tour Staffs: Security manong Dodong is very helpful with our luggage. Tour staffs are kinda bit annoying every time we passed by they keep on insisting to avail their island hopping which we already informed them that we will avail it the next day. 800pesos good for 2 pax for 2 islands only. The Virgin island "2 thumbs up" and the Hilantagaan Island a so-so island (Not recommended) Front Office: They have 2 staffs upon checking in, Ms. Gladys assisted us well. Overall - Keep it up!!

Best Hotel in Bantayan Island hands diwn
Went during low season with my boyfriend and his parents so we didn't have a booking ahead of time. We got a beachfront view bungalow for 3,600 pesos good for 2. (Additional 350 pesos per person - Maximum of 4 in a room). View is absolutely amazing, it has a curve beach and a mini sand islet in the beach. Perfect for photos and perfect for relaxing. The restaurant is good and it's a short walk to the market. Definitely going to book again. Careful for jellyfish season though!!

Poor Service. if I can rate zero star for service I would
First of all. pahirapan magpareserve dito. they dont answer calls/texts or emails. their booking site is useless because even after you book, you will wait forever for them to reply Finally, after 10 emails to them , they finally replied. Arriving at the resort, at first everything was okay, but sad to say that service here sucks ! the staff does not care about their guests. The beach was also dirty. there were trash everywhere, whats annoying is that, the staffs of the resort did not even bother cleaning it. Will not stay here anymore The Reservation team to the service crew are in dire need of overhaul
